Just dropped by the post office for my passport renewal appointment this morning; and i have to say it made my day. Usually, the place is cold and very impersonal, but it was the contrary today. i would like to give a big shoutout to a very lovely lady named Monica. Not only is she very competent in her responsibility, but she is warm, efficient, and helpful. She checks all the boxes as far as getting the job done and sending her customer away happy and fully gratified. I do hope her manager recognizes her effort and contribution in making the place respectible. Thanks Monica. - Kurtis
11am on 9.1.23: line is 10 customers waiting, 2 worker s, Samora takes 15 minutes plus for 1 customer. Wow and still not done!!
Visited the Newhope location today. I was in and out to purchase a passport. The clerk Sandra was very professional and knowledgeable. A pleasant experience.
Always an easy experience at this post office. The line goes through so fast, and the clerks are very helpful. I'm always in and out of here, unlike other post offices when it feels like the line is moving at a snail pace. The window clerk, Terri, was very kind and helpful. She answered all my questions with ease and convinced me to purchase a shipment plan that made more sense and helped me save a little more money. It was really thoughtful of her, so thank you again!
The worst customer service you can imagine. Employees are unprofessional, untrained, ignorant and don’t know anything about their job. Management is also bad. The manager at this location was very unprofessional, unprepared and didn’t know anything about his duty as a manager. Supervisor by the name Tony, he is very dishonest, a liar and has nothing to do with being a supervisor. He is very rude lies, unprofessional and doesn’t know how to deal with customers. Instead, he lies to customers. Someone that lies and is dishonest to his customers shouldn’t hold such a position or even work at the post office. I had the worst experience there today. I had to contact the postal service consumer affairs to resolve my matter and I am also going to file an official complaint with the post master this week. The supervisor Tony and the manager both have to be removed. It’s so sad that the federal post office is just hiring anyone these days without checking them well. It’s so sad we have to deal with such idiots and wate our time.
GREAT POST OFFICE! This is my main post office and I've never, ever had a problem here. The staff are usually very nice and accommodating, The lines move fairly quickly depending on wh'at customers are shipping. Parking is easy to find.
Just wait in line until Tre is available. He got 3 passports done for my fiance, mom and son within 30 minutes. Hes very knowledgeable
My experience here was one of the worst that I have had visiting a post office. The lady at the front counter was extremely rude and I was not even shipping anything. I had a package that the tracking information was showing it was at the office and I had to go pick it up. She basically told me that it was not there and I has to wait 2 more days for delivery. I said that's not what the tracking information said and I attempted to show her my phone. She told me the information on the tracking was wrong. It was items that were important for work. Anyways I am shocked that this is one of the worst post offices that I have been to in a while.
This is the best place to renew or get your passport for the first time. Make sure you schedule an appointment, and bring all the requirements documentation then you'll be in and out less than 15 minutes. I was helped by a lady named Sandra, and she is the sweetest and super nice respond to any questions that you may have.
The manager with blond hair is awesome, the other ladies there are RUDE! The one in the far corner, is lazy and just has no business having a front desk "customer service" job. She should be in the back, not dealing with people. Our mail doesn't go out because she refuses to stamp it as verified, even after her boss told her to. We have to take boxes of letters at once only when the manager is there or she wont take it. Its Ridiculous. Wish there was more that could be done, this is why the post office has lost business- rather deal with fed ex or GPS.
