I’m so impressed with this super kind gesture!! My 11yo son gave the post office clerk his letter to Santa. my son googled how to address the letter to Santa, and ended up doing it backwards. The clerk assured my son that Santa would get it!!! On Christmas Eve my son received a letter from Santa that his Christmas list was received, and that he would do his best to grant his wishes!!! This is so awesome! Thank you for keeping the Christmas spirit alive!!! You made one little boy very happy!
I just received a letter from my husband who's in the military. Just to find out that the envelope is ripped wide open. How did someone consciously deliver this without reporting it. I have an account with USPS for situations like this. So I can be informed of my packages are late or damaged.
This is third time in only a matter of weeks that this post office hasn't scanned in my packages. As someone who sells on Mercari and Poskmark it's super important to get packages out quickly. Only last week this post office lost a 90 dollar sell for me. If the other two packages don't show up in the system today, I'll be out over a hundred dollars if the customers cancel the orders. This post office can't seem to do their job and scan-in packages before they leave the facility! Their Google rating says it all.
Staff is unprofessional, rude, and incompetent. Your mail will be delayed or go missing. Also don’t even try to get a passport. They will deny your passport application even if you have all the correct documentation and this was a passport renewal! brought my old passport and the lady threw it back at me and said she can’t accept this. Probably just being racist. Better off going to a different post office. which is what I did the next day, with the SAME DOCUMENTS, and had absolutely no issues
Leonard was very kind and extremely helpful in guiding us through the process of applying for a passport. By far the best customer service I’ve received from the post office.
If I could put Zero stars I would because today I was given very rude customer service today. I was with my 5 month old child at this branch and the older lady with dark grey hair comes to the window/door after i pushed the button to inform her that the keys she gave my husband to our mailbox didn't work. She presumed to tell me "Well of course they don't work, the locks are going to be changed!" She spoke to me like I was stupid. All this while she's obviously still eating her lunch smacking her rude lips to me, how rude and disgusting! Then i told her that no one informed my husband this information and she cut me off and said, "No we tell all our customers that the locks are going to be changed when they pick up keys!" Pretty much calling me liar then when i ask how to receive my mail she rudely as if she's annoyed hands me the HOLD MAIL form then when i give it back to her snatches it back and shuts the window/door on me and doesn't give me further information and doesn't say have a good day! I am completely DISGUSTED with this women's behavior and she needs to be fired for such disrespectful service! This condescending women talked down to me as If I was NOTHING! Literally had me in tears at the other branch trying to pick up my mail.
Arrived for an appointment at 1:45, over radio her colleagues announced we were there waiting on her. She came out from the back at 1:55 and then told US that we were late and that we needed to re-schedule. The appointment times are out for the next month at the least. Just before when we got there earlier her 1:30 appointment arrived at 1:37 and were serviced because she was at her station, but because she wanted to go to the back to do whatever, it was our fault when we were on time
This place is a disgrace. Employee that I dealt with was rude and shockingly ...racist. Not saying all employees are like that, but recently some of them started being disrespectful to the customers. I would not be surprised if they'll see a lawsuit coming their way. Didn't deserve even one star.
Very friendly people who went above and beyond to help me out while I visited New Braunfels. Truly made my day with the service of the people here and the postman who made the delivery.
Update: mishaps have become all too common. Poor scanning practices have you driving back and forth from the main post office to the Seguin location, and back again trying to locate a package that's "ready for pick up". I'm starting to get a "not my problem/job" vibe as well when dealing with the back office people not all, but many. Front desk folks are still stellar. Next day packages will never be next day with this post office either. We're not in the busy season so there's no excuse for this disorganization, poor communication, and poor scanning practices. Original review: Although there’s been mishaps with deliveries, employees manning the counter’s are always phenomenal to deal with. They greet everyone, apologize for wait times even though they’re reasonable, and are really helpful.
