Great experience if you’re looking to have them lose $1200 worth of wedding invitations, then have the supervisor Natasha ghost you when you ask for confirmation they’re lost so you can try to get a reprint at a discount… or even just tell you what happened. I feel sorry for Muskogee.
Mailman, great guy, friendly, upbeat, glorious dude, but every single time I get a package I have to have it redelivered the next day because I do not hear the door. Packages always have to be redelivered, and my packages always come damaged, late, or are left with the sorry we missed you slip because I couldn't sprint to my door fast enough. Please stop leaving that note and just leave my packages. I keep having to explain to friends and family why they don't get their birthday and holiday gifts on time which is depressing. I am also gonna be further depressed if I get another book soaked in water.
Don't usually complain, but just watch on ring cam a delivery that just dropped on my porch then kicked by our regular mail lady. Usually never have any issues. Heck Amazon takes care of our packages better. Such a shame
I have had my children's child support card stolen by postal employee several times in the past two months and I'm fed up with them playing stupid like they can't see it in the system. I will be sueing this time if it doesn't show up this time. MONEY THEIVES
I’ve never been here, but I called today to check a package that accidentally made its way here instead of my coweta post office and I was blown away. The lady on the phone was very nice and explained exactly what happened. So many times they’re unwilling to even answer you, or just rush you off the phone without answers. This was a very pleasant experience. Sweet ladies.
I paid $10.25 last Tuesday2/8 and sent the paycheck to my attorney by primarily mail, the delivery date was on Friday2/11 However, he didn't receive the mail the following Friday or the next Tuesday2/15 either. After that, I visited and called the US mail office several times, but the office staff and supervisor only told me to wait. Then I paid $26.95 again, mailed it by express mail on Feb,17 and paid the bank $30 to stop the paycheck. I spent almost $70 just to send one mail. And those who are to receive this mail are under mental stress from irresponsible words and actions from the supporters and supervisors.
I put letters in my mail box, flag up and it's still there when I come home. Seems to always happen on Mondays. I live right on Highway 69 on West side 2 miles from Peak Blvd. You can't get anyone to answer phone when you call. What happen to our good service??
Located inside pharmacy at the very back. Employees are not overly friendly but it's easier than going to the post office in Downtown Muskogee and waiting in line for 20 minutes.
The clerks are very friendly and sweet; my favorite post office to go to!
I got a package today. Not only was the box look likes they had gone through and opened it, but now I see one of the shoes in the package is damaged. I’m having to look for a shoe repair shop or fix it myself. This is the second time I’ve had this happen. They might wanna re-evaluate their staff.
