I’ve had two packages marked as “delivered” to my house that were never received. Also I’m signed up to get emails of the mail that we’re supposed to receive and most of the time we get none of it, or part of our mail. Y’all need to do better. If I could give zero stars I would. I’ve NEVER had so many issues with a post office before
Had to pick a package that was held up. The clerk was extremely kind and very helpful at locating my package. Definitely recommend this place.
Every Sunday if I have a package to be delivered the mail carrier says my house driveway or porch is not accessible. Yes it is she was in my driveway when she claimed she couldn’t deliver the package. This is an every Sunday thing.
Our postman has repeatedly been negligent with packages. The one time I reported a problem I was called and talked to ugly by a lady that said she was the acting person in charge and that they had never had complaints on this driver. Come to find out I was told it was her son-in-law. She was very hateful and told me postal service is a privilege and they could opt to hold all my mail at the post office and I would be required to come pick it up. 2 packages in a row of photographs 11x14 folded and shoved in mailbox when clearly mark fragile photographs enclosed handle with care. Maybe there will not be consequences for my review.
I took 5 packages to ship today. I already had the labels on them ready to ship. The lady that waited on me was very rude. She griped the whole time. She said 12 o’clock couldn’t get here fast enough. It annoyed her to have to do her job. She needs the love of Jesus.
Not helpful. I got a note on my door first attempt to deliver that says to come to the post office and get my package. I went there and they did not have it and refused to contact the carrier to set up a drop off. I asked if I could leave my number so that the carrier could call me when she was on her way back to the location and I would be happy to meet her at the location and they gave me a hard time about "security issues". I'm a nearly 50 year old woman who is 5'1". Hardly a threat! They told me that there would not be a second attempt to deliver my package and I would have to come and pick it up.
Fast and super friendly. I have no problem walking up to the counter even if I'm not sure of what I need for my package delivery, they got me covered. I'm not happy with the mail person that delivers my mail though, that person has a severe attitude problem and loves to knock on my door for packages that need signed for when I have a note on my door that clearly reads "Deaf inside: Ring Doorbell".
The older lady at the desk was not helpful at all. She might of been having a bad day but her attitude was nasty. She also went out of her way to make me feel dumb because my knowledge of sending a packet of things in the mail is apparently novice level. I would not recommend this location.
They are following distancing guidelines. Even though it's slower service now everyone seemed to be fairly pleasant and helpful. The place was clean and clearly marked as to where you should stand to keep the right distance.
Postal worker will not leave oversized packages at door. Have had many packages dropped off at the door. But this woman refuses to leave packages. This is getting anoying with considering the number of online purchases I make.
