This post office is absolutely one of the worst. Post office didn’t even bother delivering mail today, after having been off Monday for Indigenous People/Columbus Day. People expect mail, get notifications of mail out for delivery, expecting packages yet no one bothers to deliver. We often see that Post Office fails to complete their route and then waits to deliver the following day. Seriously, do your damn jobs. Tax payers are constantly having to pay taxes to support things and never get anything of value for a single government agency. I’ve about had it and am going to reach out to Congress regarding what is being done to ensure the USPS either improves the quality or just get shut down and the money is invested into an option that will actually put some sort of effort. Hope others do the same so that actual change begins to happen.
They don't answer the phone, the online form errors out when submitted, and their "live chat" says no representatives available and ends the chat. I keep getting keys to empty parcel lockers left in my mailbox. I just want to know where my packages are!
I just moved to town about a month ago and had several issues forwarding my mail from out of state, as well as getting delivery initiated at my new home. As crazy busy as this location is, the staff was so helpful and took time to assist me when I went in to straighten everything out. I’ve also received assistance over the phone with staff at this location and they were so great with pinpointing the hurdles keeping my mail from being delivered and resolved them in a short amount of time. I’m so grateful for the staff at Queen Creek for helping me get settled in my new town.
This post office is the worst. I just moved here, filled out the official change of address form online, and yet this office was returning all of my mail and packages to sender WITHOUT NOTIFYING ME. When I've moved in the past few years 4 states, about 10 different addresses, if they weren't going to deliver my mail- I would get a notice in my mailbox that they'd hold my mail for xx number of days until the return to sender and to come in and verify my Identity so I could get my mail. This post office said "they don't hold mail here, they don't have the space for it". This post office insists that the zip codes they service are "rural" so they require an additional form be filled out form 4232: rural customer delivery instructions so they can add your name to their privately kept list specifically, and they COMPLETELY ignore the official change of address forms and official records of USPS. The only way to know about this form is to physically stop in and ask them why you haven't been getting your mail. According to 2010 census data, NONE of the zip codes they service are rural. The area hasn't been considering rural for OVER A DECADE. When trying to intercept some extremely important packages and have them rerouted back to me, I called the 1-800 number for USPS, was escalated to a supervisor, and was told that the Queen Creek post office is completely out of process, and they aren't supposed to be using this form since none of the zip codes are rural zip codes. IF it's a rural zip code, you're notified when filling out the change of address online to also fill out the form 4232. I am now out HUNDREDS of dollars in shipping charges on mail and packages that were supposed to be sent to my new home, the Queen Creek post office essentially told me "kick rocks we don't care" and would not let me speak to their post master to rectify the situation. I moved from the opposite side of the country and have no way of knowing what mail they returned to sender - only the packages. So yeah. This post office and processes that the post master has in place are terrible. Reading through other reviews and talking to family and friends in the area - this has been an issue for YEARS.
I did received the package but I had to go to the post office to pick it up today. If you're able to ship your products a different way it would be great or have no signature required if you're using USPS the workers are lazy.. Had a horrible experience with my post office. I had a note on Monday the 25th saying they tried to deliver but nobody was home, a complete lie because the note was left on my mailbox and not at my door. I live in a community and our mail is delivered in mailboxes about a block away from my house. I checked my doorbell and driveway cameras and the mailwoman never showed up. On the 25th I called the 800# to the USPS to request a redelivery for the 26th and I received the confirmation email that they would. We had someone wait for the mail because a signature was required. But the mailwoman never showed up. I went today to the post office to see if it was there and it was. So they never had intentions in redelivering the item. If I hadn't gone there today it would've been sent back to the vendor. I mentioned to the clerk in a nice manner about what was going on and she ignored me completely on what I was telling her. She was saying sign here and is your address correct. Bad experience. I just wanted to let you know my experience in case other people have dealt with the same situation.
A JOKE. A complete and utter joke. I have never in my life had issues with my mail UNTIL I came here. My mail randomly stopped being delivered after 6 months and now I am waiting on priority mail that was to arrive 48 hours after sending… for an addition going on 5 days. Time sensitive mail this is putting a hold on a huge transaction for me. Calling does nothing. It’s an endless series of ridiculousness.
If I could leave zero stars I would!!!! Manager Micheal Day in my opinion needs customer 101!!!. Please don't bother to contact the consumer service complaint dept as they will do nothing but waste your time...End result No RESLOVE. The management is soooo freaking smart Ha,! Micheal Day thought he was hurting me by sending the item back undeliverable!!!..It cost the post office more to return the item!!! Why would I pay for shipping, when shipping was paid via Amazon? Consumer affairs Christian or Christine and Micheal Day great customer service you both deserve the donkey of the day [email protected] job smh.
I unfortunately must use this USPS location a lot for my small business. Luckily, I buy my postage elsewhere and just drop off my packages. The parking lot is always a mess, the line for the counter is ALWAYS ridiculous. The employees are rude and slow. I have had issues with them losing, damaging and destroying packages. Today, the package drop was full, and rather than moving the bin of packages so that people could continue to use it, an employee chose to shout at me across the office “it’s full, you can’t use that”. I might need to change my shipping carrier because this is so unacceptable for customer service.
We’ve had countless pieces of mail and packages register as “delivered,” however, we never received them in our PO Box at the Queen Creek Post Office. The response from the employees in the post office is always the same, “Sorry, it was misdelivered. You can file a claim.” We pay to receive mail in our PO Box. We would expect to receive it! Extremely frustrating and after reading all these other reviews, it seems THIS location has a consistent issue with delivering parcels. I think it’s time to contact the media to investigate what is really going on at this facility since the post master hasn’t gotten it straightened out yet.
"We don't do timelines. You'll have to wait like everybody else". This is a quote from the branch when asking nicely when our community mailbox would likely be repaired. I then asked if it would be a few days, a week, a month or a year, and the postal worker just shrugged. Background: Our community mail box has been broken for about a week and the postal carrier didn't leave a note or post a notice, but one of our neighbors informed us we'd have to pick up our mail being held at the post office, dealing with long lines and full parking lot until it was fixed and they don't do timelines... so....
