Good USPS location, even when it was closed they have a convenient self-service machine that allows you to handle your postal needs independently. It's user-friendly, and as long as you print your labels and package your item at home, the process is smooth. Although the machine didn't have paper for a physical receipt, they offer the option to receive it via email, which is a convenient alternative.
Large spacious post office due to going in the middle of the day and middle of the week. I thought it was equipped with latest devices to get in and get out.
I’m a big fan of the self service options and I’ll ask everyone to try that if you are frustrated with the long long lines and slow service. I like the convenient location as well. Again this isn’t a reflection of all the services a USPS location provides just the self service related services, your mileage may vary.
Clerk #13 is extremely knowledgeable, efficient and helpful. Today was the second time he helped us. Wish all USPS employees were this way. Updated 2/10/23 Spoke with Alexis Serrano Supervisor Customer Service. Apparently he never learned the meaning of customer service. He couldn't answer one question with a straight up response. Everything was that is handled through a third party or we don't do that. He even brought politics into the discussion. Talk about inconceivable. I sincerely hope to never have to deal with him and his ilk ever again.
I generally had good service before from them, but now they show a package as attempted delivery, my cameras show no attempt, and that it is now held for pickup which means that I can't get it until Monday, and I have to drive over to get it for no reason.
This place is absolute GARBAGE! I had dreams of traveling and this was all lost because of incompetent employees. They misplaced my birth certificate for 9 days now. They've took my information down 3 times and nothing. All my dreams of traveling after paying the expedited process and handling of my documentation down the drain because of this. THANKS FOR NOTHING. I got the notice 6/12 and went 6/13, they said "we put it on her truck without telling her." And I stopped the driver right before and she said "it's at the post office." Article number is 5293 - 0644 - 4556 - 0713 if anybody can help me!!
I had a $800 graphics card that I was shipping using this location stolen. I’m out the money and USPS naturally denied every attempt I made to investigate for the insurance to kick in. This place is run by thieves. Be very careful what you ship here.
Honestly tired of going up there. I need this branchs Management to reach out to me because at this point i am completly infuriated. This is NOT THE FIRST, THE SECOND, THE 3rd NOOOOR 4th time your delivery person has LOSTT IMPORTANT DOCUMENTATION OF OURS!!!! I go in the branch all i get is a " I dOnT KNoW wHAt tO TeLL yoU mAm " what in the world? I've had not one, not TWO NOR 3 origional car titles LOST !!!!!! Not one but 2 birth ceritificates, my marriage license now, now my official divorce decree i had to go trough over 3 years to ge tsigned from my previous marriage. My husbands permenant residency card, social security card and more stuff. At this point we are choosing to get some of our documents starting today to be delivered else were because your sorrer clearly pays NO attention, that is why there is always envelopes everywere with peoplees information flying around because it was placed incorectly!!!!!!!!! I was supposed rto receive my 2 cars titles over a month ago. Divorce decree and my daughters 2# birth certificate because if it does NOT get found guess who has to pay and waist work days to get this all recovered ???? Me!!!!!!! All because the carrier is to darn careless!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Coming in expecting below average customer service and one of these guys still manage to do worse than that. Got the whole passive aggressive attitude while asking for some help with my certified mail label. The guy was nice and patient with other customers so he might be racist to POC. I really hope we do away with mails and just switch to emails altogether so I don’t have to waste my time while handling them my money.
The customer service is pure TRASH. Haven't gotten my mail in weeks. Went up there and they claimed the postal worker probably stopped delivering my mail because I dont check it every day so he assumed i moved, although it does get checked, and I've never done a change of address. I've been here almost two years and have never checked my mail daily but NOW all of a sudden its a problem. The post office employee said he would let them know to deliver my mail. Low and behold 2 weeks later, still no mail and now I have a "vacant" slip in my mailbox. THIS IS RIDICULOUS
