I feel so fortunate that our local post office has some of the nicest and most caring people who work there. I genuinely look forward to visiting because of them. I have had mail get delayed. It's a statistical inevitability with this kind of mega-operation. Don't take it personally, and learn to appreciate that you are getting an amazing service of delivering things miles and miles away for mere dollars. I rely on this post office for my personal business and I think that is the best endorsement I can give.
They do service without responsibilities. I sent my package here and paid for Priority to speed up my deliver. However it have been delayed for a week still not delivered yet. Or can be lost my package. When I contact them, the way they say that they just need to know that they sent it already, and they don’t care how long it supposed to deliver or where they’re at. Another problem that the USPS deliver in this location are very lazy. If you live in an apartment, they never drop your packages in your apartment, they just drop in mailbox, if it’s not fit to mailbox, you have to wait after the next day to go to local office to pick it up. And whenever you have questions or need help, their can yell it you and without respect customers. They never listen to you. USPS has very bad service now
I’ve never had this many issues with a post office. The people who work here are lazy and could care less if your packages get delivered. On several occasions I’ve had packages lost or sent back even though the address was correct. I’ve had packages that said that they were undeliverable due to weight when it was just a tv stand that I could pickup with one hand. The post master did not solve any problems when I brought up several packages were sent back or they just refuse to deliver it. This post office is the worst!!!
Today was my first time doing shipping myself and a man at the second desk helped me to figure out everything and helped me to package a ship that I was shipping. He was extremely nice and although I was planning for it to be a one in a while event, I may as well find some stull in my house just to get shipped so that I can see him again. Unfortunately I didn't get his name and get to really say how thankful I am that he just made my day. I am a college student, I am going to school and even though this week is so busy for me, I appreciate and want to take the time to write how thankful I am for amazing people like him. I hope we meet sometime again.
We go days without getting our mail. I have gone up to the post office many times to complain & I get the same answers every time. This week 3 days no mail, last week 2 days no mail 1 day mail 2 days no mail. It’s insane & I know I am getting mail cause I have the app. I am on the end of the route & my 2 neighbors & they don’t receive their mail either so it’s not just me. When our regular mailman James is off we don’t get our mail because the fill in person has no idea where our street is obviously! I will go up to the Euless Post Office again this morning to see if I can get my mail & complain again ?@$&# The only reason I gave 1 star was because there was no other way to post.
To the very rude lady 12/24/22 10:30am..did not expect this treatment trying to pick up an important package that was being held because I could not afford to have it stolen off my porch. How dare you call it a "secret package" when it was a Christmas gift..we paid $54 to have this arrive safely and you need to do your job or quit if you hate it. Merry Christmas btw
I had an issue with my mail being bent when it was put into my mailbox. Today I found an unbent piece of mail waiting for me on my doorstep. I know that having a conversation with my post office on ector was the solution I needed. Thank you all for taking my complaint seriously and thank you to my carrier.
This five star is one and only for Dez who went beyond to find my lost mail. The mail was very important to me. Due to all sufferings I gave up my hopes but Dez took time to find my mail. I really appreciate!
I marked my address wrong on a package and it had a failed delivery attempt so I went to this post office to see if they could help. I’ve had bad experiences at other post offices previously but was pleasantly surprised when I walked in to this location. Very friendly staff, everyone was conversing with each other and had a smile on their face. They were able to locate my package in the back and handed it to me right then and there. Not to mention They had a line build up shortly after I had walked in and the staff were efficiently getting everyone taken care of sometimes 2 or 3 at a time all the while having a positive attitude. I never write reviews like this, but they really stood out to me today.
I went to try to get a passport and he shut the door in my face and never came back. every post office in the area is so great.
