Great employees but they’re wildly understaffed. Always a very long wait. Despite having 2 service counters there is never more than one person working. Do not recommend
This post office is easy to get in and out of. Plenty of parking and a drop-off mailbox you can access from your car. The main worker at the counter, Terry, is extremely helpful. She is quick, efficient, and courteous. I was in and out in about 5 minutes, even with four people in front of me.
Stopped in today to send out some Christmas cards. The line was almost out the door, but in typical fashion the works got everyone taken care of quickly and efficiently. Every time I've gone to this location it has been a positive experience. The worker are super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, and any review on here that claims otherwise is just dead wrong. I moved about 15 minutes away this past year and still travel to this specific location when I need postal services because of the workers they have. Keep up the great work, you are appreciated!
The ladies behind the counter are always very helpful. They saved me money on shipping an item by suggesting a better method of packing. Very grateful to have these civil servants in my local post office!
This plan e is like going back in time. Spartan decor, no thought to make visually appealing. One of the stations could only take cash, a negative that made waiting longer. Then the other was as pleas as nt to deal with as an irritated rhino. The whole experience makes you think: "go away" Well it worked, I'm happy to go to UPS where I know I'll pay more, but I'll be respected, welcomed and assisted with the shipping process. Goodbye a d good riddance USPS, you proved why your broke and likely corrupt.
Love this post office. Courteous and friendly staff. Please return the outdoor mailbox. Very much needed by the community after hours.
Took away mailbox in south attleboro and sign says lobby opens at 8 am. This is untrue. Could we get someone to open on time!!!!
Very nice folks working here. May be a short wait but they're efficient AND friendly. We're fortunate to have them.
Excellent customer service. Lines not bad, good away from 'rush hours' . Realize two post offices in Attleboro. Any help or questions on home delivery are managed from main Attleboro office.
If I could I would give them only half a star I have only been here 4 times because it's closer to me and staples where I can print out labels but 3 out of 4 times I have had horrible experiences and the employees here just suck in general I have got here at 4:59 once n they were already closed up and refused service another time i was trying to send a disc video game mail and have never had a problem doing this until them only way i will ever go here again is to leave a bad review with the receipt horrible employees here dont go here go to any other one besides here they are always either in bad mood or dont understand how to do their job end of rant
