I've always respected the post office until DeJoy became postmaster. I don't understand why he is still in charge. We have lost several checks, as have neighbors never found, never did arrive, we presently have missing tax documents. Junk mail seems to be a priority and gets through just fine. The USPS is broken and doesn't even answer its phones any more. I hope Rep. Angie Craig, who is investigating the problem, gets somewhere. But with a trump appointee running things, it is doubtful!!!!!
I've been expecting a letter from my grandmother. I have informed delivery so I can see scanned mail and see what I'm getting for the day or week.. well I got informed about the letter from my grandmother on December 16th 2022 it is now jan 3rd. 2023 and I call them and they tell me it's on the truck to be delivered and no mail 1 star should be 0
I am calling them tomorrow! I sent a first class piece of mail from PA on Oct 3rd and it has not arrived yet. My fear is that it was mailed to an apartment complex and maybe it was placed in the wrong mailbox. It happens here in Pa, I've lost all confedence in the Postal service!! Yey they keep raising rates and complain about the fact people are not using their services.
I would not trust them with anything important... they lost a very important certified letter that was sent for my uncle... been looking for over a week now... UPDATE... THEY FINALLY FOUND THE CERTIFIED LETTER IN SOME UNUSED MAILBOX BECAUSE THEY HAD TO CHECK EVERY SINGLE MAIL BOX FOR ELECTION STUFF... IT WAS PUT IN THERE UNSCANNED BY ONE OF THE CARRIERS... RIDICULOUS... WE USED UPS INSTEAD TO REPLACE THE LETTER THE USPS MISPLACED...
Had to delete and restate that is has been ANOTHER THREE DAYS NO MAIL!!! These ppl working there offer no explanation for why they’re so terrible! You. CANNOT RUN A BUSINESS THIS WAY! You can’t just hold ppls mail cause you’re all too lazy to do your jobs! What’s the excuse this time guys?! Last time it was too many ppl out sick! This is literally the WORST post office I’ve EVER dealt with. You really shouldn’t be allowed to be running. You don’t do your jobs correctly anyway
Haven't gotten our mail in 2 weeks. And every time we go down to get it from the post office they tell us it's already on the truck to be delivered. But that day comes and goes and we never get it!!
Difficulty with getting packages delivered on time and where they should be delivered. While recent construction on Main Street has made this difficult, I have been told twice my package cannot be delivered due to receptacle being blocked. My regular mail was easily delivered today and my package was not. No notice was left despite two times saying it was. When I went in to pick up my package, they claimed there was not one there for me to pick up. Now a Father's Day gift, which should have been delivered on Wednesday, is late and cannot be picked up until Monday. Completely unacceptable customer service by the USPS!
My son has been waiting several weeks to receive some important documents from me. I got the package back undelivered today , saying there is no such number! I ve sent several packages to him at this address! Heck I've visited him at this address AND if you put the address in google , a picture of the house pops up. Perhaps the carrier needs google! I now have to repay postage and attempt again to get these documents to him which he needed weeks ago when I sent them!!!! Very frustrating.
At Christmas time I had 2 packages that were to be delivered tracking said they were out for delivery then later in the day said that they were unable to deliver due to an error and it could be picked up at the post office even though this was 8 pm and the office was closed. Yet all the mail was delivered had to wait over the weekend and went to pick up the package and found out that the carrier had it so had to wait again until 4 pm to get my package. Now I have a tracking message that another package was out for delivery on Jan 14th it's Jan 16th the package hasn't been delivered and every person that I have talked to at the post office has been rude and say they can't help me. They said yesterday that they would talk to my mail carrier but apparently they didn't do that yet don't know when they will. This post office runs on their own time and do whatever they want and give horrible customer service. Very Frustrating!!!!
A blonde haired lady was SO rude to me today! I used a box from Amazon to mail something out and she basically treated me like I was stupid because it had two addresses on it. The guy that waited on me was super nice though.
