This is the worst post office in the city! Bad customer service, bad attitudes long lines. Avoid at all cost!!
Stood in the lobby for over 30 minutes on a Saturday. The sign states open at 9am. It is now 9:40 am. Where is management? Where is courtesy? This USED to be one of the best PO! No more! At least have someone come out and say something! Unbelievable!
Busy post office. Give yourself sufficient time. Paid Parking on the street.
This is most worst post office I ever been, work efficiency is very slow, definitely need more people work in this post office. Also the staff is really rude. I definitely will recommend everyone don't come to this post office.
I went it there ofc like. Always just one employee and with a attitude like always and I I had a passport a appointment and I walked in and she asked me for my passport and I forgot it I asked the lady if I could go back home a go get my passport and she was like no u can’t u gotta come back on Tuesday and now I can’t fix my child’s passport til like next week and I waited like a whole month for this and like she be picking and choosing she be having way different attitude with different people and one day it was a walk in and I got there and she was like what are u doing here I told u already like I already knew but I don’t like that post office
The service of this postal mail is terrible, yesterday, Friday, October 28, 2022, I was looking for a package that came from the IRS and a signature was required, they never left a notification at my house to which location I could claim it. The good thing is that I have the application of the postal mail and from there you can track the package. use the mail application to choose the option to pick it up personally at the post office that corresponds to my home since, as I work, and I was out the city the day was supposed to be delivery to sign it and there is never a person at home to sign the package. I went to the post office and they told me that my package I had the mail man and a young woman told me that her supervisor was going to leave a note so that the mail man in my area would not touch the package and would leave it in the post office so that I would come back the next day, which is today, Saturday, October 29, 2022 I went back to look for it, I arrived at the post office at 12:10pm and it was still 1:30pm. one and they are not honest to tell the truth or to help the client. I know that nobody waits even 10 minutes for a supervisor to talk to a client but I think I will go to record gines for as long as I wait since I have patience but this is not fair to anyone at 1:35 pm another supervisor appeared to talk to me and say that he would be investigating where the package is since the other supervisor was so ignorant that she left the building for not talking to my face. I can say that the only young man who assisted me and he is so professional that he seems more of a supervisor since he was looking everywhere for my package his name is steven thank you for your help really. I told the supervisor that if I were someone else he would have done me less of 10 minutes but because I have patience wait but with the time of others it is not played and that on Monday, October 31, 2022 I will see if it succeeds I had to leave my telephone number so that they can call me to see if it works the desire to give me my package the good thing is that they have a camera in the post office and they know the hours that I was stand and they will see when I left the post office.
I called to ask if they printed shipping labels and if not are they mandatory or can I just write the address right on the package. They woman said she wasn't sure and asked me to wait "one second". I was on hold for 6 minutes so I hung up thinking maybe they were busy and she forgot I was on hold. I called back and the call was answered and then immediately disconnected, twice. I'll take my business to ups instead.
So unprofessional. I got a call today day of appointment to say my appointment was canceled and to log in online to reschedule. It was so inconvenient, especially when taking a day off work to get this done. They don't even answer their phone.
Usually it’s ok, it’s usually just one person working who is great!! but this location seems to open and close whenever they want to regardless of the posted hours of operation online or in the location lobby. It’s unpredictable and inconsistent.
One clerk in their looks mean Af. She is, she talks to the customers any way and bossy to her co workers. Other than her. It's okay there.
