They loose and deliver packages to the wrong address lately. But the phone is very helpful. For those who have a package that says delivered but you did not receive , call the usps number and listen until the robot lady says something about package. Your going to tell it the tracking number and of course, it will has already been delivered. Either say I have not received the package or she will state it as an option. After that the robot will instruct /fill out a missing package case and workers will get right back to you. I had this problem and received my package. My family members had the same problem to they called and got there’s that day, I hope this helps if your going though this problem.
Incompetence at its finest. They lost my package. The automated help on the phone Is so inaccurate and you are forced to use it because touch tone is not an option. Once I was able to talk to a person, I was on the phone for 2hrs and resolved absolutely no resolution … and then they hung up on me. You are better off throwing what every you want to ship in trash vs. USPS. Please use Any other carrier if you want items delivered.
What a miserable group of human beings who do everything they can to not help you. Be prepared for long longs and to walk out empty handed. Trying to get your mail from this post office is a lot like Lucy and Charlie Brown with the football. You will try over and over again and still come away empty handed. I hate this Post Office with the fire of a thousand suns. Every day I wake up and hope I read on the news about how the Cedar Park Post Office was destroyed in some freak disaster overnight. It could be a small, localized tornado or a sink hole that opens up and swallows the building whole. That would be a happy day, and it would make everyone everywhere happy.
Not reliable. Packages get marked delivered when they have not been received. John is rude. I can go all the way up to talking to the Post Master Dana Anderson to get the issued resolved. He will tell me he will get the delivery man to fix an issue but it doesn't happen. Very frustrating.
Clean and well lit. No clear signage of what line to be in. After I stood in line for 10 minutes I was told to go to another window/ line. Why would a customer be served for over half and hour at the same window?
This is a terrible post office. I thought the one in Leander was bad, but this one tops it all. Terrible customer service. The older overweight lady with the accent is terrible. She is extremely rude, unprofessional, and a liar. This was my first and last time ever going back to this location. I’m convinced there are no decent post offices anymore.
Lost my package and no follow up on my case :. How is it that other mail carriers are able to deliver packages consistently without any problem and USPS loses for packages in couple months
Big facility and helpful staff with sufficient packaging materials. Unfortunately we have very few USPS in cedar park city range.
Pros: huge location; plenty of packing supplies; convenient 1431 location. Cons: slow lines; getting expensive; awkward parking lot. No worse than other USPS locations.
They don’t even deserve 1 star! Very unprofessional and rude! Save your time and go to a small business to mail your items instead of giving business to these folks! Retire if you are so damn miserable!
