Decent place, but I've never been here with a line more than 3 people. The usual guy here won't look at you until he's ready and seems melancholy as heck but, overall...I've been to worse USPS locatikns.
I've had good experiences here. It IS a very small neighborhood post office, with never more than two people working--and sometimes only one--so it can get busy and backed up. If you appreciate it for the small convenience location that it is, and don't try and mail a dozen packages to five different countries, I think you will be pleased. If you have a lot of mismatched, odd sized items that need customs declaration forms, and are not taped up and ready to go, well, they are not staffed to handle you. You might need a bigger post office.
I always go to this location and everyone has always been nice, but I went yesterday and I had quite a bit to send out. Cindy was the only person at the counter and she asked me if I bring this much stuff in a lot. I said, no, not all the time. As people started coming in, you could tell she was frustrated. Anyway, she tells me if I have this much stuff, I should go to another location next time. I'm sorry, this is not customer service. I come here because everyone is usually nice and it is right by my house. I had a couple of addresses in correct so I took those with me to send out later, but wow, she is not customer service friendly!! I would usually give 5 stars, but not this time.
Quick and easy service. The Maps pins has this location in the wrong spot. Until it has been updated know that it is in the shopping center with Scoops and Leslie pool suplies.
I have always got friendly service. But as someone else stated, it can sometimes be a wait. I just make sure that I have time when I go.
Do your self a favor and either buy stamps or buy a printer so you don't have to wait over 20 mins.. You can just drop them off at the drop box. Specially if your returning something. The doughnut literally coulnt give me the shipping label even tho I used the same packaging my item came from... His says it's not the same or the weight will be different?! How on ebay it states you can return it on the packaging at came from. Come her if you wanna waste 20-30 mins of your life just for one letter or a return
It sickens me to see all these horrible reviews! Not enough people are reviewing their good experiences here. Too many negative people are taking this place down. I'm sorry but my opinion is go somewhere else with your poor attitudes! Expect a post office to be busy at peak times! It's not their problem when they get swamped! I see plenty of customers who have very good experiences at this location. Tony & Cindy are very nice people. Both of them are courteous and polite and have always been kind to me and any others I've seen in there. I have been coming to this location for over 6 months now and I ship quite often via USPS. I've never had a bad experience at this location and I actually prefer this one over others. I have not felt the need to go to any other USPS here. I don't think I will either. Thank you Tony & Cindy for your great service and kindness!
This is the worst post office to go to.. the customers in line will out number the employees 10:1 on a slow day. I can drive 20 min the other direction to a different post office and probably take less time than waiting in line here. Just recently they started to take a siesta in the middle of the day for lunch, probably due to the understaffing.. so don’t go here on your lunch break bc they will be closed. I try to avoid this place unless I have to. It’s sometimes even more convenient to go across the street and pay more for shipping at the parcel store and save yourself 30 min
A woman answered the phone and said she can't help me because I'm not in the right zip code. Yet a nice gentleman helped me at this number a few months ago. She was very rude.
I've been here twice, never gotten to experience their service. Today I showed up during their lunch hour and they're closed. Just letting everyone who sees this know...closed from 1-2pm for lunch. Wish I'd known before I drove here.
