I went in two days before Christmas, at about 3 PM and received awesome service! I was sending off a complicated passport application, including the need for a cashiers check and a self addressed stamped envelope that I could track. I was helped professionally, quickly and with friendly service! Note, they were open Christmas Eve, but only until 12 PM. God is so good!
On Saturday 5/13 at approximately 9:16AM. I was discriminated by woman clerk 12. I went to the post office with my son to mail some meaningful items to grandmother and mother for Mother’s Day. I was greeted by an extremely disrespectful employee almost immediately, she had a look of disgust that I was there to mail these envelopes.. stating “hello” She then asked me if I purchased these envelopes or not. I replied with yes Mam how else would I have them, she then look me up and down and said well people like to steal them a lot. I responded with “Mam I don’t steal things.” She then mumbled some stuff under her breath and practically bent the large brown envelopes. I was so frustrated I just waited silently grabbed my receipt and left. Well 10 days later and these envelopes haven’t arrived to destination. I’ve called and filed for missing etc etc. no tracking number was in it. I can’t help but think this lady threw away my envelopes. Now I’m just out of luck. I pray that lady finds peace. Please don’t wast your time at this post office!

Even though the website says it has a self-serve kiosk, it is not open 24-7 like the other USPS kiosks are available. I post this so you don't drive out of your way and find a closed door.
I deal with a lot of post offices in my line of work and I think this is the best one in the area. All the reps especially Jean are knowledgable and friendly. I recently dropped 500 packages off on them at 4PM and they were helpful and professional even though they had to be hating it.
Went in a couple of months ago to mail a package, and I used one of the flat rate shipping boxes. I get the item packed in the box and everything sealed nice and tight and go up to the counter. The person at the counter was incredibly rude. She told me I needed to tape the box, which I have never done nor ever had to do with a USPS flat rate box. She was very insistent that the box needed to be taped, and when I told her I didn't have any tape with me, she got very annoyed, pulled out their tape, and said "We don't do this" as she taped the box. It was an unnecessarily unpleasant experience.
Yes it’s slow, it’s a post office. But the employees are always friendly even when they’re working 14 Hr shifts. They’re always patient with people who don’t have the right forms or the proper labels. And they’re severely understaffed but they’ve never taken that out on me. They can’t control how many people there are or who has 18 certified envelopes to mail, but if you’re nice, they’re nice.
I have repeatedly had my mail stolen, or opened and parts of the package stolen from this location. Anything delivered through this post office is either being stolen from my mailman or from someone sorting the mail at this location. I have had 2 packages of Honey Stingers ripped open and most of the contents stolen. I have had a tracked package opened and different contents stuffed in and my contents stolen, I have had mail stolen and now they dared to rip open a credit card and give me the ripped envelop. I have now reported this office to the post master general. I dare you to continue to steal from me.
Helpful counter associates, plenty of P.O. boxes, automated postage/package kiosk and package + letter drop off inside 24/7 lobby
The line went lightning fast, I watched every worker be effortlessly kind and patient to every customer, and the atmosphere was relaxed. I've never had a better post office experience.
