Went for an appointment to get my passport, Pricilla and Mr.Daryl helped me out and they couldn’t be any more kind and helpful. They know what they’re doing and make you feel welcomed. The world needs more people like this!
Always a wonderful experience. Not only are they quick and efficient but they are very respectful and relatable. A long can make for irritated people, I live in Somers Point so I’ve been in many of them, especially around the holidays. I’ve watched these workers handle those people, calm, cool and collected,with a big smile on their faces..I work in the customer service industry so I know how hard it is to do. The staff and service is 10 out of 10. I’m glad they are my local post office. Thank you all!!!

I have been missing packages $240that were supposed to be forwarded to my new addresss, I called Brian who told me he would check and I should call him back the next day. He was off the next day actually 2 days in a row. I went in instead and was told the supervisor was looking into it and would call me back after I left. Never received a call it has been a couple days now.
My experience goes back to a reddish blonde male who has since retired and a thin African American woman who I haven’t seen there lately. He was the most rude unhelpful person and she could match him some days ! Glad neither one are there ! This newer staff seems to be a little better !
First time going in to this post office location today, for two separate services - purchasing a money order, and sending a letter. Both services were handled in a speedy and friendly manner, by two different employees. I will return to this post office in the future when necessary.
Friendly staff that are helpful especially when shipping items. ALWAYS A PLEASANT EXPERIENCE!

Lived in various states in the US spanning my entire adult life, and have never seen a post office that decides they simply aren't going to deliver the mail from day to day, and have an attitude about it to boot. People of Somers Pt, you're being drastically short changed.
