I have called this post office about 4 to 5 times. Not a single pick up, the moment I do get an answer they say nothing and hang up. Today we had two packages delivered in the mail box at our apartment from USPS. I check my package and it's been sent back to the post office because there was no access to delivery location, but I seen the USPS truck deliver the one two packages.
They have added someone to my address with out asking if they had something in writing as far as a lease agreement or rent receipt etc. To say they can change anything to my address. They held mail also on there behalf without any of these before hold any mail when I own my home.
Monthly subscription delivery showed Massillon PO confirmed arrival. Showed out for delivery and never arrived, now shows awaiting delivery scan but they can't find the package. Where'd my package go? After you confirmed receipt of the package you can't claim you don't know what happened to it or say to contact the company who sent it. I receive the same subscription scentbird monthly at the same time and always placed in my mailbox with no issues. Now here we are having a problem claiming there's no clue and contact the company who sent it when you confirmed receipt of the package. Tried calling 15 times all calls I was hung up on. Time for a FOIA to get some changes.
When you are in the business of shipping packages you should have a really good understanding of how packages should be transported. Loading the containers in the best way you can so that the packages won't get damaged. Yes, accidents do happen but it's how you own up to the accidents that make things right. I ordered these sunglasses as replacements for my nephew. My 2 year old son accidently broke his. They were crushed in shipping and no one seems to be taking responsibility.
Stephanie is the best post office lady in OH. Her taping technique is unparalleled and she deserves a Pulitzer Prize for her artistry.
These are the laziest mail people I've ever seen they make up excuses on why they can't deliver mail to your house if u walk up my driveway there's no bees but you want to walk in my yard smh
Did you know that they charge you just for using the post office?!? I got charged $2.65 just for mailing a package and being in the post office!
Useless location. Has a package of mine that's been on a pallet since 10pm last night and for some reason cannot go retrieve it from the back nor deliver it today.
I'm so sick of getting others mail!! What is sad is they can never explain what they do with your mail!! Either do the job correctly or find another job! If you can't read which is quite apparent because of wrong address delivery!! Can't call the local office to file a complaint!! This facility should be closed down for incompetence from the top, down!!
I live in Jackson township - in an area where my mail comes through the Massillon Post Office. This is only factual: In the last 2 weeks, I have received mail for 8 people who do not live here and have never lived here. Not junk mail, important mail like bills, financial aid information, bank statements and personal mail. I did not open these, most of them are clear based on the look and such. The mail is not all within my neighborhood, addresses as far as Akron are included. In the past year I personally delivered a large package of prescription medication again, you can tell from the address to another person several blocks over and not on the same street when it was mistakenly delivered to my mail box. I received Christmas cards for my children in late February. Opinion based: If you are wondering where some of your mail is, this is relevant. This puts a lot of my missing mail into perspective.
