The mailman that does my route constantly makes mistakes. One package said delivered but was obviously placed in the incorrect mailbox and we have a neighborhood locked cluster box and I never got that back. Then I started getting the boxes too big to be placed in mailbox so it could hopefully be placed at the correct door maybe its hard to see what slot belongs to what apartment and SOMEHOW the box made it all the way from across the country yet still said "insufficient address" when it was on its way to me. I know it was correct and legible, I saw it myself. I dont know what the issue is but we can never trust our packages to be delivered by our mailman. Even if its insured and priority packages, it doesn't matter. They don't do anything after a claim. Sometimes they show up. Half the time they don't.
Horrible horrible customer service, they don’t even treat people with respect! Pick up mail “service” there wasn’t a single soul attending there, me and a group of ppl been waiting for over 30 minutes!!!!!!! And nobody gives a s*ht about us waiting. The guy working there was very rude and unprofessional.
The line was long. They only have 2 team member who attend to the customers. It took me 49 minutes to mail my stuff..it’s past 2 already thought it wasn’t busy at all but I’m wrong. Totally took so much of my time being here.
As far as post offices go, this one is really good. Usually pretty busy but you don't have to wait too long in line and ive alwaysover 10 years been able to find a parkingspot. They've got passport services and if you're terrible at taking out your mail from your mailbox like I am they will kindly hold your excess junk and remind you often. I love the kiosk where I can just waltz up and buy stamps - on my own! Anyway. If you live in the area I recommend this location.
Poor customer service. Rude staff and very disrespectful. Worker was in her phone and did not give her name with no name tag and refused to tell me her name. Will never go back.
Huge post office with fast, friendly service. They offer a lot of self service options as well.
This was one of the fastest, easiest visits I've ever had at a USPS branch. The line moved quickly and the older gentleman helping me was incredibly informative and quick at the register. I'll always use this branch from now on!
I don't know how many times I have complained to this post office because the postmen leave my package in other houses and they don't give me any explanation, bad service from the postmen, I think they don't care about doing their job correctly, what a disappointment... ....
My package was scheduled to be delivered yesterday 2018/3/30 by 8 PM. The tracking info is shown below. But I have never made such a request to have my package held at the office!!! It seems to be the fall back for an unsuccessfully attempted delivery. Like so many other bad experiences in the reviews shared by others, I was at home all day, along with my wife, waiting for the package. When the tracking info showed the attemp was made at 4;45 PM, there were no door bell ring nor knock on my door. Then, after notified by the tracking system, I called the Chantilly postal office just about 5 PM, the message said they don't answer call after 5. The next morning I called again at 9:15, there was nobody to answer the call. Chantilly postal office: you need to address your problems to provide satisfying services.
A very busy location with limited parking spaces. Expect to wait for a space. Service is usually pretty quick and lines move quickly. So the wait isn't too bad. Front service clerks are pleasant, helpful, knowledgeable and work quickly. Reservations are required for passports. There is a 24 hour outside locked mail box.
