HORRIBLE customer service from Raquel. Never seen somebody so rude. I guess i accidently used the "priority" tape and she physically ripped the tape gun out of my hands and then refused to take my package. Completely disrespectful and racist. I will be reporting this and filing assault charges for her physically assaulting me. SOMEONE NEEDS TO TRAIN RAQUEL ON HOW TO COMMUNICATE WITH CUSTOMERS INSTEAD OF SNATCHING THINGS OUT OF THEIR HANDS !!
I think this office is performing well. Many of the reviews here don't seem to consider the large funding cuts to the Post Office the occurred under the previous administration. If you vote for people who don't want public services, you are lucky to be left with anything. I've lived in countries with no public post. The US post office is a great blessing. You don't know what you've got until its gone.
Went into this post office and after waited my turn, I stated good morning to the lady with no reply. I asked for a money order with priority. She asked for the zip with I mistakenly gave her my zip code and immediately apologized and corrected her. She raised her voice and stated " can you make sure it's right because now I have to go back out the system and scan again" I apologize because it was a honest mistake. She gave me a nasty mean look as if I was an enemy or something. After she gave me my envelope to fill out, I ask should I write on the envelope or is there a sticker to write on. She proceed to had my a sticker then stated " Don't mess us because that's my last one" very loudly so other customers could hear. I felt ashamed and embarrassed. There was no need for her unprofessional behavior. She have zero customer service skills and is very rude and again unprofessional. A simple zip code mistake which was corrected immediately shouldn't have led to that tone or behavior. Super nasty attitude.
I usually dread going to the post office but i was pleasantly surprised this visit I went in to drop off some documents for my passport and the black woman with short locs I didn't get her name was very helpful and friendly. I want to thank her for being so kind and appreciate her for her help
Showed up at 1:25 on a Tuesday and there were “close for lunch” signs up with no return time and the lobby was closed. There was a long line of angry people waiting so I just decided to leave and go to the Audubon post office instead. The people there were very friendly and fast. I won’t return to this post office in the future.
Patricia was so nice! She helped me pick the cheapest options for shipping my books and made sure to help me with the labeling!
Patricia is very welcoming and friendly and has a beautiful attitude and smile.
I come here whenever I have any mailing needs. Well, you know it’s usps, so don’t expect any efficiency. It’s pretty standard, nothing special. The people working behind the counter are generally friendly, but they don’t have the most professional mannerism. However, I like the fact that they open for a while on Saturdays—very few locations open on Saturdays.
Was told to leave the Post Office here because they didn't handle click and ship labels. They literally told me to go to fed-ex or Ups for them to handle my priority mail package. Now my actual mail is being piled up in my apartment building ""Lafayette" and packages are not being delivered. Informed Delivery says can't deliver my package because they can't access the mailbox. I live in apt building where the mailboxes are on the 1st floor. Piles of mail and packages are all over the place but just are not doing anything to deliver mail and packages...worst i have ever seen.
Karen always does a great job! I'm thankful for her tips and patience with helping ensure my packages and letters will be delivered to their proper recipients. She always let's me know when packages are expected to be delivered and if there might be any delays. I also appreciate that she always asks if I need any stamps or cards too. For prepaid packages, you can just drop them off in the cart that is to the right after you enter the lobby. Makes it super quick to just pop in and out if you don't need to pay for anything. The lobby also is clean and usually well stocked with labels and shipping supplies for anyone to use. Just don't forget to bring your own tape and scissors. There is a plenty of parking too. Shouldn't ever need to worry about if there's room.
