One of the major post office hubs in the SGV.  They accept mail drop offs as late as 7pm Monday to Fridays and as late as 6:30pm on Saturdays. You may even drop off Priority Mail and First Class packages on Sundays from 2 - 6 pm at the back.

Had a package come through here that I had waiting over a month to get shipped from china. After it was received here, they scanned it as out for delivery I am in Utah and then returned to sender. Never got my package. This seems to be an issue and this place needs to be checked out. Can’t have packages being returned for no reason.

I want to first start off saying we all should make a lawsuit against this post office because they are losing too many of our packages and they're not getting where they're supposed to and they're charging us so much money for them and our and property don't even get to our family members we need to go I got stuff for my great-niece nephews for the winter and they've had it since October the 25th and that's where it stopped and he hasn't even made it to Philadelphia and right now we're at what November the 5th so I don't know what's going on with this post office but there's a lawsuit should happen and  be the first to start one

The guys in the back bulk delivery are awesome. Some of the most understanding humans I have met. They open 9 to 7pm Monday to Saturday. They open SUNDAY??? Yes they are. Remember this is all the back. Stay away from 6pm to 7pm it's CRAZY packed with cars, carts and boxes flying everywhere

It's on main street. Never had any problems with mailing out letters. Parking is big here and they do have a Drive thru drop off mailbox. Service is slow and usually takes awhile to mail packages. They do Passports here and do photos for the passport as well which is convenient. This is a processing post office so mail does appear to get processed and mailed out same day which is nice when you need your item to get there quick

These mfrs will steal your package!! Don’t have anything of value go through city of industry . I’ve had multiple packages come opened and empty along with multiple packages go missing at this location.

I have been using this facility to most of my mail needs, and services has always been relatively fast and easy.  Most of the counter people are very polite and courteous.  No problems so far.  They have a low rating on Google reviews, but its not that many considering the amount of satisfactory customers that used this post office.  Happy customers dont often leave comments, only the dissatisfied customers do.

I love that this post office is open later than others. It has save a lot of headaches!

greaaat package landed at this famously terrible location and updates have stopped it’s already been over 24 hours and the package has not moved

They really need to hire more people to help the customers about their shipping and they really need to fix the usps drop off barrel because everytime I keep packing it it just jammed and they just don’t care they really need to hire more freaking people and they need to upgrade the usps drop off barrel if it doesn’t work
