Terrible phone support I called once and someone answered but didn’t give me their name or any type of introduction, just told me “I’m with a customer right now give me a moment”. After that I waited on the phone for 15 minutes waiting for this person to pick up after they are done with their customer. After 15 mins I assumed it glitched or something so I ended the call and called back but after calling 6 times they just let it ring until it just hung up. Terrible phone support they need training on how to answer the phone or something. I only have a simple question that will take 30seconds of workers time.
Tamiesha made my day!! Very encouraging. This was one of my best postal experiences and I appreciate that. She needs to be a trainer for all customer service providers!! World class customer service!!
Great in-office customer service! Very nice and professional representatives.
Just the nicest group of people ever! They have been so helpful and answered my questions about shipping a package to a friend in Greece. Rarely any lines, but if there is, the line moves quickly. They are courteous and have never been short with me. Also happy they have a drop box for parcels so I can drop off a package at any time of day.
Before I get to the bad, I have to say our carrier is excellent. She has been our carrier for nearly 10 yeas and we love her. So I don't think she is the problem. I am missing three packages and the post office cannot say what happened. The system shows delivered but not at times when our carrier was actually here. The packages never arrived to our address. i suspect they were incorrectly sorted and mis-delivered to a completely different address. I am extremely frustrated that there is no recourse when this happens. As the recipient, you cannot even file a claim. .
Walked in at 4pm and asked about their priority and was told I missed the drop-off time for it to ship out that day. According to the USPS, you have until closing time for anything to be shipped that day.
Shiped a package was cheaper then i thought. Upgraded to next day a little busy but in and, and shipped in 5 minute. They nice pleasant people;-
I've always had a pleasant experience sending mail and buying stamps from this location, the counter reps are great and very friendly. They aren't my carrier, but I come here because it's closer of a drive for me. Also, it should be noted the full service counter closes at 2pm on Saturday, but the self-service kiosk is accessible from 7am-5pm! Very helpful and convenient even if you miss the counter with and need to send out a package.
They have lost 4 of my packages, gave me the run around with one & then told me it was out of the system because it had been too long and that it was my fault because I "waited too long" to do something about it even tho I had be in and out of two post offices and constantly calling about it. Terrible customer service in store. When you call you'll be lucky if anyone answers. Last time I called, I called 3 times in s row and the last time someone literally picked up, sat there silently for a few seconds while I repeatedly said "hello" and then hung up the phone on me. I wouldn't even give them one star and I wish there was a way to route my mail through another post office.
