As of right now they can't even be bothered to deliver most packages. They'll either hold them seemingly indefinitely at the post office or just mark them down as undeliverable instead of actually attempting to deliver anything other than garbage junk mail.
We have not received mail at West Haven estates for 2 days. Their excuse is that it is a new person and she said she could not find it. Needs to have a trainer with them until they really know their route. Tired of all the excuses.
1 in particular would rather smart off than work others are fine not pleased with service
Today my Mom, stopped in the Warsaw Post Office & Lisa helped her out. They were very busy as usual, but Lisa took the time to help her put on several individual stamps to be mailed out at different times in the flat rate envelopes. It took a long time only because my Mom, had some left over stamps & Lisa helped get her the right stamps to go with what she already had to make it the right amount to be sent out. Lisa was very helpful, respectful & didn't rush her to get done with the order. She was of great help to my Mom. We're thankful there are still good workers out there, who take the time to make the customers feel important & doesn't rush them or make them feel like their order isn't important. Thank you Lisa, for doing such a great job. The Warsaw Post Office is lucky to have you.
Beware if you are looking to have a lock changed on the cluster box get in line it will be weeks before they do it. I’m still waiting for mine. They say there’s 12 ahead of me and they don’t have enough staff. My question is why can’t they train the route drivers to do it?
The folks here are always friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and focused on meeting my shipping needs. They are respectful and work to find the least-cost or fastest shipping method depending on my requirements. That's honesty and customer focus that you won't get at one of the franchised shipping sites in town.
I was so disturbed today 2/2/22 to see my mail lady out trying to deliver mail when we are in the middle of a blizzard! When the police department posts that people need to be off the roads, I can’t believe our post office doesn’t care about the safety of their employees. Not impressed USPS. We care about our mail lady and would be horrified if anything happened to her because of poor leadership decisions.
Mia went above and beyond today to help me! I accidentally put an envelope with my rent money in the mail slot at Meijer on Saturday. I had to wait until today for the post office to open so I could talk to them about getting it back. Mia went to Meijer herself and looked through the box and then met me at the gas station were I had stopped. She was truly a blessing! Thank you so very much! I can’t tell you how grateful I am!
Excellent service and very friendly to their customers. Recently had an experience with a much needed package and Mia was able to help me out. She was able to locate and get the package for me. She was very nice and went up and beyond expectations! I greatly appreciated it.
They don’t treat my stuff well. I had a hardcover children’s book that I ordered shoved into my mailbox, folded in half. How do you even do that? It’s badly damaged. Not the first time this has happened either.
