Made an appointment for my passport. First thing the lady says to me, "I don't see an application, copy of birth certificate or copy of drivers license." Snooty voice she proceeds to hand me the application. I said can I fill it out here? "No." Ok?? I thought the whole point of making an appointment was to do applications, copies or whatever is needed. No one told us about this process prior otherwise I would have had everything ready. I even received an email with my appointment time but no mention of having an application ready and copies made. Also,!we were the only ones there besides one man who was already being helped prior to our arrival. I was never greeted, nothing as I am whenever I visit any other post office. The employee I spoke with was VERY rude. Sorry you hate your job, but you don't need to take it out on others.
Stephanie helped me with my passport she was amazing very helpful I'm blind she took her with so pleasant i came back the next day brought her some roses she was out tto lunch
Overly rude certain personal. Condescending & chastising attitude. I try to avoid that branch as much as possible.
Their Mail Carriers Are Thieves Or Just Sloppy With Their Work. This Is The 4th Time I Got A Notification That Said My Package Was Delivered And When I Check My Mailbox, Nothing Is There. I Was Lucky The Third Time To Get My Package Because I Called In On The Carrier And I Waited For The Carrier To Return To Retrieve My Package. I Been Waiting On A Package That Said To Be Delivered On Saturday 8/7/2021 But Instead It Said It Was Delivered 8/5/2021 Which In Fact I Checked My Mailbox That Very Day As Soon As I Got That “Delivered” Notification. I Got 1 Package, Where Is My Other One?…I Realized On Saturday 8/8/2021 The One Package That Never Got Delivered Says “Delivered” When I Go To Track The Status Of My Package To Make Sure I Wasn’t Losing My Mind, I Go Back To My Mailbox To Double Check And Nothing Is There. It’s A Shame How I Have To Get Cops Involved Now And I Have To Babysit The Mail Carrier While Delivering Mail Otherwise No One Is Getting Their Mail/Packages If You Don’t. This Has Gotten Out Of Hand. I Lost Out On MONEY AGAIN. I’m At A Lost Of $300 Now. Do I Smell A Lawsuit?
I went during the lunch hour so there were only two windows open, so it was a little slow, but the clerk was friendly, competent and helpful. They have supplies for all my mailing needs and competitive shipping prices. This Post Office was bright, open, very clean and well maintained producing a positive visit.
My issue with this post office is my idiot of a mail carrier. I stay at the Cantebury Apartments and my carrier is rude and very unprofessional. She has the nerve to leave me messages in my mail box when she has a problem with my mail. This acts as if she owns the postal office. I brought this to the attention of the supervisor and she's aware of how she conducts herself yet, nothing has been done about it. I will be calling corporate to file a complaint about this women.
Terry in bulk mail is fabulous!!! We ship out tons of mail regularly and the she team at this branch is so professional and kind! Our rep Keith is also so awesome and knowledgeable...keep up the good work Downtown MC!!! We love you!
The lines are rather long but they go fast I had trouble getting them to accept my credit card it kept bouncing back even though there is nothing wrong with it ... something wrong with your system
Are mail carriers not permitted to use the sidewalk anymore? Is it standard procedure to disrespect peoples property by walking across their front lawn everyday?
The web site now says open at 6am. I thought that was very early so I went at 8am. On the door it says "open at 10am." Very frustrating! I must say, the workers are super friendly though. They cannot be blamed for this mistake.
