Sometimes have issues with tracking getting updated and items not being delivered and taken back to the office for pick up there, but haven't had an issue that couldn't be fixed.
Worse post office I've ever been at.. They don't even deserve one star. They never open the doors at 8:00 sat there in the lobby waiting for them to open the doors for 34 minutes the blonde haired lady at the counter when you can see her is very unpleasant and is evil. They have lost my mail many times
Only one time I had bad service here whenever someone stole a package from my mailbox or it was never delivered. The black lady was very rude to me and not helpful and I don't think it was delivered to my mailbox. I think it was delivered to another mailbox. If never received the product and because of the Post office, in I also never got a refund because the company said the post office says it was delivered to my mailbox. All other times the your girl that helped me was nice and polite.
Blonde haired slim lady that often comes to the counter when I mail something isn't very nice I'd prefer to drop box but, sometimes my packages and boxes are just a tad bit to big but I do avoid going in if I can customer service isn't very good here and I've had a few things get stolen somehow from drop box causing me to loose money Thankfully It wasn't anything to important!!! Do not send anything sacred through this company I wouldn't trust it!!!
Went by the post office needing some helpful information requiring mailing packages. The lady blonde hair was very friendly and took the time to explain several different things to me. Great customer service!!
To begin , our carrier delivers mail to us that belongs to other people almost weekly. I’ve had to give packages to my neighbors myself because our carrier is so inept. Secondly , I received a text message saying that They had attempted to deliver my package at 7:12 PM but my text was received at 5:39 PM making it impossible for them to be telling the truth. In my opinion the carrier was just too lazy to deliver my package and insisted on me having to drive to my local post office and pick up my package. This is absolutely ridiculous.
Called to ask if I could pick up my package since I will be at work when it goes out for delivery tomorrow. Simple yes or no question. Chastity/Cassidy? Something like that. Was very very very rude. I work in customer service. There is no reason whatsoever to be so rude and condescending towards someone asking you a simple question. I understand it's the holidays, believe me, I work in a large retail store, but that was just uncalled for. USPS needs to be hiring some more professional employees that know how to speak to their customers.
I just shipped a package to Japan. That is not a simple task. The very nice, blonde headed, postal worker did a great job. She was very helpful and very nice. I appreciate the help.
No phone number. They use any possible excuse for not delivering packages. No email address, I want to file a complaint. No place to file a complaint.
Some of the drivers are lazy. Not sure which one but my mail will either say it's delivered when it's not. Get dropped at other people's mailboxes. Also lot of packages that should be dropped at my door get shoved in my mailbox with dents and damage to the box.
