The old woman with bleached blonde hair is rude and uninformed. She raised her voice at 2 customers in front of me and didn’t even know what she was talking about. I had to correct her about the policy.
The delivery drivers are pathetic and can't follow simple rules. Don't mark a package delivered and then take it back to the post office. The "manager" at the store was the rudest ever, was in plain clothes and had no name tag or any way to even tell her worked there. Pathetic and Rude!!!
Super easy even during holiday prime time. I used the self service to mail packages and purchase stamp. I couldn't find any pens, but that may be due to covid. Very clean and friendly staff. I recommend the self service station, its open 24 hours. PS they also support the local Lions Club. There is a box for eye glasses donations.
First of all, the beautiful lady at the front desk was so nice to me. I had an issue where she needed a supervisors advice. Perfect customer service. My apartment was broken into, they even took my mail key All they wanted to do was help me. I can't thank them enough.
Terrance I think his name was helped me with my almost returned package if it wasn’t for him I would not have my package. he was absolutely amazing so helpful so sweet definitely give that man a raise, Or buy him a dinner lol!
I want to rate the phone service as a -10. When I called the customer service number this morning regarding my packages that "tracking" said package would arrive by 8:00 last night, then 9:00 then "package is on its way back to a facility". They could NOT give me anymore information than I was able to get on my own. When I asked her to please advise me where my packages were she said "I do not know. There's no further information in the computer since last night. It was a waste of an hour. She offered to escalate my call to Someone that would return my call in "2-3 business days. WHAT? HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. The agent Sandy was rude and not good at her job. She had no answers for me. I will pay extra to ship UPS for now on!!!
The Rockledge Post Office employees are the best! They’re extremely helpful & even suggest better priced alternatives to shipping packages. The delivery employees are top notch, too! Mail is delivered accurately and in a timely manner with a smile. Shouldn’t it be like this everywhere?
We just recently moved and every interaction we’ve had with this post office has been amazing. They’re friendly, fast, and helped me get my mail ASAP knowing that I’m about to have a baby and had things in the mailbox I needed. Such an amazing change of pace compared to the Cape Canaveral branch. Other USPSs- take note!
I live on Hayden Road and on July 19 and now on July 20 we have not received a mail delivery. They're saying, we deliver whether rain, snow... I guess sunny days stops them from delivering mail. Hmmm!
I have had multiple things go "missing" that were mailed from this post office and that were coming in from this post office. The most recent issues for which no one will address: 1. TODAY 7/10/15 - The post office claims someone named "Cathy" signed for a package at my address at 8:10 am. Not only does no one named Cathy live here or has been here, no package was delivered. I am now in a back and forth with an Amazon seller over the issue. Because the the Rockledge Post office claims to have delivered it, I am supposed to take it up with them. They won't answer the phone and if you go in person they are rude and dismissive. I will return this afternoon to file another complaint. Another package went missing last month they took the phone number and never got back to us. We went back in there about it, no one knew anything about it and they took the phone number and info again but I still have no info on that one either. 2. FREQUENTLY - on the order of at least once a week I receive mail for other addresses in my locked box in Three Meadows. I then go put the mail at the address because I once tried to give it to the postal person who refused to take it. Twice I have had mail tucked in my front door when I got home from work since January 2015 and at least two other times have had neighbors bring mail to me in the same time frame. 3. I have had three pieces of mail in the last month that I had to have reissued to me because they mysteriously went missing and were never delivered.
