Worst postal service I've ever experienced, and I've lived at over 15 different addresses. Not only do I regularly receive my next door neighbor's mail, I'm also delivered mail addressed to entirely different townships. On top of the inability to read addresses, our mail carriers are straight up lazy- refusing to take letters I've left out to be mailed. I realize that USPS has been trying to compete with UPS and FedEx, which is a total joke. No comparison whatsoever.
Horrible place. This Lady that works there Saturday mornings 5/1/2021 to be exact is so rude and she just want to do other people miserable. EVEN IF YOU DONT NEED A RECEIPT AND HAVE LABELED PAID PACKAGES, YOU CANNOT DROP IT OFF AT THIS LOCATION, YOU MUST DO THE HUGE LINE. This has never happened to me before, usually in other USPS they even put a huge container for us that just drop off our packages to place them there if they are already labeled. This lady did not wanted to do that at all and made me and other person waste our time going there. She was so unprofessional and just ridiculous. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE
The postmaster at this location was super nice in assisting with a mail issue. Offered very helpful advice and service. Spoke with Melody today and she was very polite and assisted me with a problem.
Over the last two 2 years I have interacted with only three 3 employees here, but it has been a teeth clenching experience each time. When you come in, the employees will often react with a sigh, eye roll, or just stare at you until you leave. If you show up within 30 minutes of closing, they will continually remark on how you are coming in at closing. They try to pass it as a joke, but poorly so as they comment on how you "know what time it is." I will give them a little credit in regards to how they handle the packages. I have never had a problem with how they treat my packages or with them shipping things on time. If you don't care about having service with a smile, then this post office would be a decent 4-star experience.
Peoples are Richard heads with a capital D. Enough said really it's a post office. You have to be only one step up from mental retardation to begin with to qualify to work there so what would you expect?!
Asked employee to put on mask over face, she was upset about this. Then I had to ask again to cover her nose! Terrible post office employee.
Employees are not ber acvomodating. Closed during lunch houts; inconvenient.
I think their very nice people.
It is a simple but efficient post office. I am glad we have one in Delran!
Its a small post office but everyone is very friendly and helpful.
