I cant speak for the rest of the team. But the girl that works here with the tattoos on her arm is extremely disrespectful. Horrible attitude. Says this is just how I am ask any of my co workers. Unacceptable. I’m sure I’m not the first complaint. A very poor representation of usps.
I love watching old people get mad. 10/10 shows. my package was shipped no problems
Worst experience sending a package. Older lady with short hair put a totally different address than what had put on the box and almost got sent to an unknown address. Had to pay and to even take back my package from Claxter. Came back for a refund and they said they couldn’t give one since I didn’t have the physical package had already sent it through ups. If I could give 0 stars I would. The guy who helped me with the refund package was cool though, wasn’t his fault.
Absolutely infuriating that they lock the lobby when USPS website says it's open 24/7. You don't even have the open hours listed anywhere. I can't make it down here during business hours because I work in another town during business hours. If you're worried about transients, get cameras or use security officers - I dont pay $$ to have mail held hostage.
If I could negative stars I would. 2nd time I’ve had a negative experience at this location. Both my brothers are in the military and recently I’ve had to send them each an item, 1st time was within the US and the post office was having system issues, I get it, we all have those days. Today their customer service was nonexistent!! I needed to send a package overseas, stood in line twice because the first rep did not let me ask questions or let me explain what I needed to do, by the time I got everything I needed ready it was closing time and they declined to send my package, not only that but she seemed to have enjoyed declining to send my package. My brother is without a phone and we have not been able to contact him in over a week. In the time it took them to “explain” to me why they couldn’t send it, they could have just done it.
Our local postwoman is Absolutely Amazing!!! She was doing her job yesterday and I asked her if she knew how long supplies take to be delivered after order. She asked what I needed and then the next day dropped off one large flat rate box at my front door. Now that’s going way beyond her job description filling customer requests. I would give her 6 stars if available. Anyway, she is always on time and pleasant. 97303 Vineyards is lucky to have her!!!
I have tried mailing out the same package three times three different ways and it's still keeps coming back and the people at the post office keep telling me Oh we messed up but we'll ship it back out and we promise it'll get through and yet it still has not and now my mom has no way of contacting anyone because they won't deliver her phone
My 3 and 7 year olds wrote a letter to Santa. I was going to have them put them in our mailbox and go back and grab them later, but their dad had them put them in that outgoing slot without knowing. I figured the post office would just return them to us. Well I was surprised to find an envelope addressed to us that said “Keepsake for 2020” and then an envelope each addressed to the girls from Santa. We were all so pleasantly surprised! I’m very impressed with three time they took to do this for us. Thanks all who were involved!
In 30 years of living and working in the USA I have never been to a more unprofessional, rude and poor service postal office. 1st they started texting me that packages had arrived from Amazon but they weren’t there. This has happened three times in two months and they continue to lie. We were home both times and there was nothing delivered. They are hurting our family and lying to us and Amazon. Either there stealing the packages or there incompetent. It’s Christmas and I am appalled at the cruel behavior. Who runs that post office ? Today I am going in person to see why this is happening. There is more horrific behaviors but for now I am exhausted and Refuse to allow this horrible office to hurt us. Thanks
If I could give zero stars I would. Ryan at the Keizer location was extremely rude and unhelpful. Awful customer service. It wasn't sure how standard shipping worked so I hadn't filled out the address yet thinking there would be a sticker printed. So asked if I could borrow a sharpie because I was writing on plastic. He said they can't do that with no explanation as to why. I literally had to drive all the way back home just to use a sharpie. Upon my arrival back I waited for the other person there I believe named Lorraine. She explained that because of coronavirus they weren't allowed to let you borrow pens. If I had been told this from the beginning there would be no issue. I told her thank you and that she was much more helpful. Then Ryan standing next to her had the audacity to talk back to me in front of customers! I walked out and requested his name which he wouldn't say outloud, only pointing to his name tag. I will be filing a formal complaint through USPS. Hope it was worth it Ryan!
