Package held at Carrier location. Then got a notice the package was delivered. Thought that was crazy so I went down to pick up my package, and they said they already handed it to someone. But it wasn't me I stated. Doesn't matter, it's been delivered. But you didn't deliver it to me? Nothing we can do about it. You'll need to contact The people that shipped it and take it up with them.
What a joke, watched the mail van pass my house twice and didn't stop to deliver my package, I have my address in big letters right on my mailbox. No point in amazon 2 day delivery if the Post Office can't even figure out an address. The level of incompetence in this office is unreal.
Well the Mt City post office strikes again. I've had a outgoing package sitting in my mailbox with the red flag up for 2 days now. Come guys get it together.
They've been great until recently. Any packages that are delivered are kept behind their counter for pick up. Their hours aren't convenient for anyone that has a job. They've recently added keyed lockers that are often empty. Don't know why they can't put a key in my PO box and I could get my packages when I get off work.
I've lived in five cities in Utah and Fort Lewis, Washington. Never had a problem with package delivery till I moved to Mount Pleasant. Myself and neighbors seldom receive packages. Most of the time have to drive to the post office to get them. But hey it's not like they're a delivery service or something.
They wouldn't let me use their tape to tape up a flat rate box that I paid $16 for.. so I had to go all the way back home just to tape my box closed?!?!!? When they have a plethora of packing tape behind the counter... So not cool. Just because they can?? Wish I could rate them 0 stars..
Not sure what's going on. Our packages have turned up missing three times in a row in the past two weeks. Edit: A courier named Robert was extremely helpful and got my packages back for me.
I have had a very very hard time getting my usps packages delivered unless Mark is delivering. I pay alot of money to get 2-3 day delivery for my business. Then it will say on line that they were unable to get to my door, which is absolute rubbish. Yet no notice in my box nor my door. And ive been sounding like a broken record complaining for 3 years now. They used to leave packages outside my buisiness door. Common sense tells me and maybe im strange that you dont leave packages outside a business when they are not open!!!
The people are nice but the packages are almost always a day or two later than what USPS tells me they should get here. That's unfortunate.
The post man was very friendly and happy to help me look up area codes.
