I had ordered 2 books that I need for my studies. Yet they were completely capable of delivering 1 book on Saturday but Sunday they couldn’t find my address? Incomplete address? Makes no sense what so ever. Now I don’t even know if I will get my my book that I need. Yet they don’t even have a phone number for anyone to call. Wth is this!
The postal carriers refuse to deliver packages to my house and make it a big game of "try and catch me", which is extremely frustrating as I work the graveyard shift and am rarely awake when they come by. This makes it near impossible to get my packages ever. Have not had a good experience with this carrier and I reccomend that you be careful when ordering a package as you will not get it for an additional week after "failed delivery". They will not work with you to determine a safe location for your package either, and make you either try to catch the mailman or make you retrieve your package from in town. Overall a very poor experience, and they should hire drivers who actually care about thier routes and can fulfill thier job requirements. If a driver is unwilling to deliver packages, they should not be driving for the USPS. Also, don't bother trying to call them. They leave the phone off the hook so they don't have to amswer it - you'll never reach a person, just constant busy tone. Tried for an hour to call them and never got anything but that damn busy tone.
Absolutely lazy post office workers. Not only do they consistently fall behind in offloading trucks, they have no urge to help when it comes to just picking up a package. Everywhere else I have been I have never had an issue picking up a package before delivery since their delivery times are always late. 0 stars.
This could be the worst Post Office PO I've ever had a chance to visit. I guess there's a reason why this PO has a 2.1 star rating. The front counter lady training new employees on 3 August 2023 was not only unprofessional but rude. This PO is so far removed from customer service there's no hope for it.
We are in a permanent space in an RV park. Twice our packages have been sent back to sender claiming our space was vacant, even after placing a change of address for here. We sat outside waiting when we knew it was out for delivery, and NO USPS vehicle went past us.
I tried to ship a pre-paid Priority Mail package today while on a mini-vacation and this post office gave me a hard time. They basically were trying to force me to buy expensive tape for the package although they claimed they weren't. I went out to my car and put tape on the package and then they said they couldn't accept that type of tape. They didn't specify anything about the type of tape until I went in the 2nd time. Just terrible customer service!!!!! I will send my package from my normal post office on Monday where they use Priority Mail tape free of charge for my packages. That office could teach this one several things about customer service which is sorely lacking!!!!
This is by far the worst USPS I’ve been in my entire life. They can’t find the address not even having numbers in front of the house the size of a basketball. It’s just unbelievable. Not once, not twice, but over ten times, multiple neighbors had bring packages to my house because they mistakenly had left them at their house.
At the beginning of me moving to SV there was no Issue wen I moved a second time everything was the same except for a month ago that almost all my mail is not coming in and recently I went to talk to them about the problem like maybe a week ago, but today I received someone's else's mail at my mail box, so I think my mail is reaching someone's address instead of mine
I have called multiple times and went to the post office with a piece of mail from previous owner. I said the owner moved out of the country. All her mail and her deceased husband's mail needs to stop being delivered. It has been over 3 years already.
I dont know why but my packages never arrive to my house. Its January and we already lost 4 packages!! Yesterday was the most recent one, the package trackig number said it was delivered at 11:41AM whrn the post office passed by my house after 3PM. Please check your staff, somebody is confusing the addresses and citizens are waiting money.
