I had the pleasure of working with Angela today when a package didn't get delivered to my P O Box. She is a supervisor and she is the greatest! She investigated my problem, even checked the lockers incase my box went to the wrong locker. And, when she didn't find it there, she looked around and found my box! I don't blame the post office. She took the time to explain the situation and it seems there is a weird disconnect when UPS tries to deliver a package to a P O Box. All of the employees there at the Post Office are great, but Angela is my favorite starting today!
I love my normal mailman he's np, but... I just heard a loud thump outside. The USPS driver threw my package on the ground in my driveway instead of walking it to my porch. I have trained a wax myrtle to weep over my walkway to my porch to provide shade, apparently they are afraid of trees. So afraid of trees they'll throw my packages in anger and leave them out to be rained on/stolen. This isnt the first time this has happened I assume it is a sub. Below I will put where I found the package it wasnt open but I had just checked it and they scary tree that they refused to walk around or under.
I had and experience a week ago I place a order with temu they told me my package was delivered on July 29at 239i was at mail box at 3no package question postman where was my package he hcouldn't tell me how can you you not no where you put a package he had to put it in someone else mailbox not paying attention and who ever got it didn't say anything and no it wasn't they're I'm so scared now to get package coming to my address I have been receiving all my packages until that day postman needs to start paying attention to where they are putting mail
I went up there to receive a in person letter that was sent to me Both notices I got in the mail say don’t resend to mailer until 15 days have past if I haven’t came up there and got it yet. Well it’s only been a week and This post office lost my mail and are saying there is nobody I can call to get my letter back sent to me . Don’t know what games they are playing but they definitely will lose any important mail you have and brush it off! Not professional
Friendly postal workers. There is a line for the service desks but it generally moves quickly. Note it is very busy during the lunch hour break rush. Tape and scissors for packing are available at the front desks, not where the boxes are provided.
I have always had good, courteous, friendly service at the Crestview post office. Today Logan and a very nice young lady working beside him were very helpful and very pleasant! Also our mail carrier, Greg is great!
Seems these days people are full of hate and only remember the bad things of others. In saying that I have had good experiences with our USPS, I am in there several times a week, glad they are always happy to see me. Update 10/5/2022 ... usps is messing up these days. Lost a pricy package and still got one sitting at the post office for 5 days now. I might get it and might not. Update... I never did get that pricy package. It was delivered to someone else and they keep it. Shame on them.
Our route doesn't have a regular carrier due to staffing concerns. The last 2 deliveries that had packages were crammed into the mailbox and it literally broke my mailbox and the screws came out. I went to get the mail today and the door literally fell off. I called the post office to resolve it and created a case, hoping they are going to replace my mailbox since they are not cheap and this is no fault of my own. Carrier carelessness and laziness...they could have walked 15 feet and put the packages on my porch instead of cramming 4 pkgs in my box and forcing the door shut!
Have had nothing but problems with daily deliveries. I have Informed delivery so I know what's coming in my mail. It never fails when I am waiting for something and it shows up in my informed delivery, I don't receive it. Was supposed to get an important letter yesterday as well as some other stuff. Went to my mailbox, surprise surprise .. EMPTY. I am tired of the shoddy delivery service in Crestview. Something needs to be done because sometimes the missing items are the difference in paying bills or not.
Idk why this place has a average 2.5 stars I’ve never had a problem with them. It seems only people who have had a bad experience will come to google to review them.
