The lady at the counter far left is rude and loudly scolds people if something is slightly off when it comes to her. In her distorted mind, she might be thinking she can treat customers like new recruits in a boot camp with her being the drill sergeant or something. No response to "thank you" or "have a good day". It looks like she does not like her job very much. Suwanee deserves better.
Unfortunately there wasn't an option for zero stars. The outside of the building is covered in trash. The workers at the windows are rude and miserable. I never go into this post office and only went this time because I had a return. She took one look at me and decided how she was going to treat me. Very sad.
Just wanted to send a big thank you to Ms. Elvira! She went above and beyond to help me find my lost package. I cant’ thank you enough for your care, time, and persistence!
Came here once and helped by Lydia. She was thorough with her work but unnecessarily scolded us for accidentally not completing a customs form - we missed a couple lines. Telling us “y’all don’t listen” and “this is how you hold up the line.” I can tell she isn’t purposely and personally rude but her language should get better.
my order worth $300 and guess what, they said a animal interference dogso they cant deliver. Funny thing is that we dont even have dog,we check on camera, the day they deliver was 7pm at night, NOBODY,NOT A SINGLE CREATURE WAS IN HIS WAY. THESE LAZY PEOPLE JUST DON'T WANNA WALK. just drived away.
I have seen this post office get worse and worse over the last 22 years. I get stacks of neighbors mail. Pick up requests are ignored and marked as completed. I prefer our local Fed Ex and price point is similar to the outrages shipping rates with USPS. Our govt. needs to stop giving this poorly run mail service our tax dollars.
If there is a zero option, I definitely choose it. The workers are really rude. I felt like they were racist.
Got passport appointment without any problems.
I have been working with one of the post office workers with my package, filled out all of the necessary forms. I was concerned on whether or not the second line of an and dress needed to be added or not for the place I'm sending my package to is out of country and to a post office. Wanting to confirm it's correctly stated, I asked to step out for 30 seconds to call the addressee to confirm in which the worker said I couldn't and that now they're closed. Worse customer service I've ever experienced anywhere.
Falsely state delivered to, or near, my front door but deliveries are actually on steps, walkway and driveway. Too lazy to deliver to front door out of the snow or rain. Nothing has been done with my complaints. I have contacted national level 800 phone number to start a chain of complaints.
