I would like to know WHY the Post Office keep losing my mail! Twice they have lost my Bank Statements from my Bank that I receive through the mail. I have to go too my Bank and have them print a copy of the LOST statements. I get charged for them to make a copy and give it too me! The POST OFFICE needs to Hire people that can do a Simple job of delivering the MAIL!
The staff was fantastic. I had an issue sending an international package and they were able to quickly resolve my concerns and get everything taken care of for me. They were fast, responsive, and extremely professional. Special shoutouts to Tracy, Debbie, Travis, and Patrick. Thank you for all your help!
This post office was happy to except a package right before close because another post office tried to get away with not processing an international package after 4pm. Thank you for being understanding and patient!
The postman delivering to the Gopher Cir. Area of Middleburg needs to be fired. Am constantly getting my neighbors mail who lives 2 doors down and whose address is Hedgehog instead of Gopher Cir.
The gentleman at the desk has a terrible attitude and should be fired. He is always to rude and unhelpful. He gives terrible advise and wastes peoples time. He also locks up early. Working for the usps doesn’t make you a special agent .
Leaving one star because you cannot leave less. They stopped delivering the mail to our house because of a road that connects to our road and when you pick up the mail at the office it is not all there. They offer no recourse to getting mail delivered. The USPS has definitely went downhill with this location. We also frequently get the wrong mail when we do pick up our mail.
So, I work in a facility that takes care of seniors. Up until a couple of weeks ago they would stop at the front door, give us our mail and take any outgoing mail. Now, all of a sudden they can't do that! I asked how we were supposed to get our outgoing mail taken b/c the mail box accomodates maybe 3 thin envelopes. People still send letters. People still send cards. Our residents use this means on occasion. But, I guess NOT IN MIDDLEBURG! Very poor customer service.
I am a single woman trying to start my own business. This is the worst ive ever seen. I'll give one star because you cant leave a zero. First off how can you run any office and not keep regular hours? Then let the carriers tell the customers how they are going to do their job. Ive scheduled package pickups from my home in which most go ignored. Small packages i mail out from my mailbox have had the tracking barcodes ripped off so offerup and ebay wont pay me for because i couldnt prove the items were shipped out. The only good in this nightmare is when i do have to spend about a half hour in their line at the post office is the workers at the window are friendly but by then im in a bad mood. Something has to change
Middleburg Post office: I have come to this location on multiple occasions and not had any issues; even told my spouse how nice, thorough, and efficient the postal clerks have been the times I have gone. The clerks are lovely... But unfortunately today 7.22.2021 I had an unpleasant introduction to one of the supervisors Tracy Hart not quite sure if she hates herself, people, or just life in general but this sour-lemon faced miserable lady came up to me as I was filling out my mailing label as requested by the nice and professional female clerk; This Tracy Hart individual stated in a not so nice manner that dogs were not allowed in there - I had my 3 months old shih tzu pup who my spouse purchased for me as a support with me. I wanted to ask her if I could finish, but I didn't fight or argue just asked what my options were - she looked at me as though bothered and stated I could step outside. No more was said or could be said she walked away leaving me frustrated with the interaction. I understand there are bigger issues in life. I bring this to light because the lack of considerations and customer service towards a patron is uncalled for. She didn't ask me if the pup was a service dog only get the hell out attitude from her. I add that I was standing in line for about 7 minutesnot a problem- I understand other customers were being taken care of; was talking to the lady postal clerk for about another 3 minutes regarding my package the whole time the pup was in my arms. I was there for 10-15 minutes with pup in arms, no issues until the Tracy Hart person came out specifically to tell me I was not allowed there with my pup... I will also state that there are no signs stating restrictions of service or non-service animals being allowed or not allowed on property or in any part of the building. How this individual has a supervisor position is beyond me I scratch my head She is dry, rude, lacks proper communication skills, tact, and professionalism thought necessary for working on any service industry . Our mailman who delivers our mail to our home is wonderful... The clerks at the Post Office are lovely and professional... Unfortunately I can not say the same about this Tracy Hart person. She is apparently miserable and needs to go 1st wash her unkept hair, 2nd probably go get a massage to relax, 3rd go find a job were she doesn't interact with people. In all I hope none who read this have to encounter this awful female.
I don't know what is going on, but Middleburg, FL 32068 packages are being dropped by my mailbox, on the street, instead of being brought to the door. This is unacceptable because of the increased chance of theft!!! US Postal delivery employees should be held accountable for poor service and be properly trained.
