This is like the DMV of shipping and mailing. 1 employee working. Everyone in line has a problem. I should have been a quick customer just returning an item from Amazon but they don’t do anything for you so I had to buy a full thing of tape just to put a stream of tape on the shipping label to the box. Avoid this zombie business if don’t want to wait in a line just to have a cumbersome shipping experience.
A HUGE thank you to Lou who made our passport service so painless and easy. She was extremely knowledgeable, guided us along each step in the process and was able to see us in a very timely manner. Thank you Lou!!!
If you are expecting an Amazon delivery on a Sunday from the MV post office, it’s probably not gonna happen. Twice when my delivery was scheduled and I had even received updated tracking info saying it would be delivered that day, I didn’t get my package. This time I got a completely bogus notice from USPS that there was something wrong with the address on the package, but the next day when it’s Monday the package was delivered fine. Nothing at all wrong with the address. Either the Post office didn’t want to pay a mail carrier to deliver that day or the mail carrier made up this thing about the address to get out of completing his route. Like I said this is not the first time a Sunday delivery didn’t make it here. And I’ve had other issues with Mission Viejo Post Office, there is alway an excuse or should I say cover-up. Don’t expect honesty from them.
The lady that answered the phone was rude I asked if she could locate a certified that was to be returned, all I wanted to know is was it pulled to be returned she over talked me and so no she couldn’t help me cause her postmaster told her she can’t leave from her station to help me and call back in an hour when somebody else can help me and didn’t listen to anything I tried to ask her. Your management should be embarrassed by your lack of customer service. She was rude and unwilling to even listen to me and rushed off the phone.
So far I had a pretty good experience. As a foreigner, I sometimes ask many questions and need extra help. Tanya has always been amazing and always smiling. Thank you !
I wish I could give negative 5 star. This place is very unorganized, no boxes no labels. Very long lines.
This Post Office is a joke! Stopped by on a weekend and lobby was closed and outside drop boxes had giant locks on them so could not drop off my mail! Read reviews before wasting your time here. I know of no other post office that does this. Go elsewhere
I print my labels myself and just drop my packages in their huge bin behind the desk so it is super easy
Had a great experience today thanks to Tom! My passport photos were taken incorrectly and he let me come back later in the day after my appointment time to turn in my passport application. Thank you Tom for being kind and understanding as this was the only day I had time to take care of this!
I should have checked the ratings before choosing this location. If you're interested in getting yelled at. Looking to be spoken to as a child. Then this is the perfect place to do business. They are very rude! The Asian male in the photo threw the care package I I was sending around like trash and slammed the paperwork down and got violent. If you have any questions EXPECT to be yelled at. I asked for a manager and she asked me to leave. I can't believe this Twilight Zone USPS is still open. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE.
