Marked my package has hand picked at their location. Which wasn’t possible I was in a meeting working from home at the marked time. I went to the location and they said that someone at the back must have marked it as such by mistake because it would have needed to be scanned at the front if someone was actually picking it up and stealing my identity. Next day they call me and tell me the guy remembers dropping it off to my house later that day. I work from home and have a giant breed dog that barks at everything that comes by the front door… nobody dropped anything at my door that day. Except UPS, fedex and Amazon- never have a problem with them Basically someone is stealing packages at this location and is getting away with it. This is a federal offense and I hope they investigate.
At least five times they have said they came to my door with a package when i sat at the door and no one came. They LIED. Then when i went to the post office they lied again and said it wasn't there. THEY CANNOT BE TRUSTED WITH VALUABLES. They are as bad as some third world country. i don't have time to wait all day for a package then be lied to.
Absolute worst post office ever. Nothing but issues any time i have a package delivered through usps. Either get wrong keys or no keys at all to the parcel lockers. Have to rely on neighbors that get the key to MY package to not steal it before i can contact usps to report their mess up, which is quite often.
Tai at USPS in Riverton is a standout professional! In an environment where people often dread visiting due to the stereotype of rude customer service, Tai breaks the mold. He consistently provides exceptional assistance, making the experience pleasant and efficient. Was a true gentleman and so helpful I noticed with the people who encountered him before me. His exemplary service is a refreshing change and sets the standard for exceptional USPS customer care. Someone give this man a promotion!
Like many other reviewers of this post office, I also experienced very poor service. The moment I walked in Tai treated me very poorly. I simply needed help opening a PO Box and he was condescending, short, and just plain rude. This post office obviously doesn't care about all these negative reviews, though, because clearly nothing is being done about it. I'll be opening a PO Box elsewhere.
Tried to pick up my mail in person, waited 30 mins for them to get to get to me, then once it was my turn some other guy came out since it was close to closing time and turned me around saying he wouldnt grab my package. Even though the other employee was getting it for people. He just didnt want to do it before they closed..
Absolutely the worst Post Office ever. Had a package said no recipient home. Notice left. I have a ring with a clear view of my porch and the subdivisions group mailbox. No delivery attempt was made to my door and I sure as hell don't live in my mailbox. They want me to drive 20 minutes to the post office to pick it up. The package was marked for signature required.
Feel like I’m borrowing money or I owe money to them, I think better training for employees or better employees should make a difference,
If I mail or try to receive any type of card as in birthday, Christmas, etc., I never receive it and/or it's never delivered. When I send a card through a different USPS office, it's received. What does this tell me? It tells me that the Riverton USPS is full of incompetent, lazy, thieves. I have even driven to the USPS in Riverton to mail a card instead of from my home; thinking this may work..guess what..still not received by the person it's intended for. The USPS mail delivery person for our area in Herriman is a joke too; always putting other people's mail in our mail box and vice versa. Absolutely the worst USPS facility in salt lake county.
They left a notice telling me my mailbox was full, the mailbox was 1/3 full, how does this qualify as "overflowing" or "not enough space"!? Are your mail carriers this lazy, or just not care.
