All because there was a tiny bit of snow in front of the mailbox probably barely a inch my package wasn't delivered is it fr that hard for you to get out of your van and step in a little bit of snow just to put a package in a mailbox
Several times with different deliveries there tracking system says the package was delivered when it was not and I had to go through loops to get it resolved and sometimes had to take a full loss as both seller and post office wouldn't do anything about it. The USPS tracking system is a joke!
My package was delivered to the wrong house and now I can’t even get a representative to talk to
Usually good experiance. Yesterday my mail person left my mail in my box and didnt close my lid so my mail got covered in snow.
I love our mail men and women. They always are helpful and friendly when delivering to my office and when we go to mail items!

Visited this post office, very unhelpful and caring staff.
Cant get a direct phone call to them to inform them and redirect a highly sensitive item being delivered to the wrong address.
the automated phone system is the worst I've ever ran into.
