Mitch helped me get my passport renewed process in order & was SEAMLESS! Everyone there seemed ready to help & attentive. I was anxious doing this while in the middle of hiking the Colorado Trail but was in & out. Mitch deserves a raise for his professionalism & patience!
Simply terrible service. Grumpy employees who are slow and don't care. This post office specifically sends back almost every package not addressed to a PO box. Crazy how we pay government taxes to keep this place open and although UPS & FedEx can deliver perfect to every address " Unsuccessful delivery" is all I get. Horrible service.
I almost never get a delivery without something going wrong on the post office’s part i’ve had multiple packages in a row be sent back because “addressee is unknown” but amazon packages under my name are accepted just fine? so i have to pay twice for shipping because someone can’t confirm correct information, as well as packages being lost, coming in late, saying they’re delivered but the post office says they’re not their I will never send a package to this post office again if i can help it they’re just short of completely incompetent
They are super rude and make you feel guilty for wanting your package. My package is never ready when it says it is. I’ve had some of the WORST experiences I’ve ever had with USPS at this location. Godspeed everyone
This location has really turned itself around in the last six months. I haven't had an issue with incoming or outgoing mail or packages in over a year. The counter staff have been friendly and helpful, and on more than one occasion, they have gone out of their way to assist. They've crammed in as many parcel boxes as possible to reduce the odds of the dreaded yellow card.
I had an important package from an outside carrier delivered, the sender omitted the box number, and it went missing for a few days. Mitchell helped me out, was very professional, and went the extra mile to go and find it for me after-hours on a Friday. Thank you for your help!
All good. Mailed letters, picked up stamps. Mitch was efficient and as a completely irrelevant aside, absolutely adorable. He was training someone new, too.
3 years ago I wrote a 1 star review for the Breckenridge Post Office. When I saw the review today, I felt that it is time for an upgrade. Over the past 3 years, the Post Office has gotten a new Post Master and efforts have been made to improve the overall process. There are new employees that are less gruff than the ones in the trenches during the Covid years. One was even bringing in his puppy for a while. It felt very Breckenridge. Now keep in mind, there are processes here that I’ve never had to deal with anywhere else. You need to write both your address and the PO Box when you’re having a package shipped. When you get a call from retailer, you must calmly explain that they are wrong about not shipping to PO Boxes, and then give the Post Office’s address with your PO Box as the apartment number. It’s a broken system that kinda works, but it is probably a larger reflection of the broken system of our government as a whole….
Lost $1,000 worth of my stuff before I stopped and just don’t get mail now. My friend today had a slip that she got a package and they had no clue where it went.
5 stars for this dude Mitch. Package got returned to sender and he helped me intercept it at this location. Guy rocks
