If I could give zero stars, I would but it's not an option. I just spoke to a man by the name of VINCE and I can't even fathom still having a job after being that disrespectful to a customer!!! He was rude, incompetent, lacked any knowledge regarding the question I asked, was blatantly degrading and disrespectful! I have had nothing but problems with this San Jacinto post office for years unfortunately the only other post office is 25 minutes away so I have just continued to deal with it over the years. This though, was a new level of incompetency and disrespect. I'm really just left in awe! Anyway after 10 years I finally decided to leave a review to help warn others of what you will be walking into if you need to deal with this post office. I'm sure it doesn't help that there is a new post master every other month!
This place depends on what time of day you arrived to whether or not you will be in a short line or a long line so it's kind of Hit and Miss but as most locations the employees are educated and kind. Also again another place where some of the pricing seems a little bit what how can I say this ridiculous.
Not this first time they have delivered my package to the wrong place now I’m missing my 200 dollar item and now it’s gone because the driver could put it in the right spot

There is room for improvements especially with the mail people who deliver it. As for McGray I hope I spelled his name correctly was amazing and made my visit quick. My package was taken by the mailman when it strictly said to leave if no response to which he took and marked delivered. Unfortunate events but he and the lady whose name I didn’t catch but was there when I first asked about my stolen package were amazing thank you to them.
Passport lady is rude and disrespectful she needs to get it together ...if your going in for passport do the drive somewhere else 100%worth it...
Let me start off by saying the second person that helped us was amazing. The one star is for the initial customer service we received by a woman in there whose name starts with an S. I get everybody has bad days but this lady‘s attitude should not be tolerated and as a direct reflection on your already bad reviews. I certainly hope management addresses this. I was in there yesterday to get passports for my kids we arrive 15 minutes early checked in with her and from the moment we checked in she had a PO look on her face. Every response to questions I had was met with an attitude. She wouldn’t even let my kids smile when they took their passport photo. When I confronted her about her attitude she told me that I needed to change mine and she didn’t have one.
The Lady with the short Dora cut is rude if you don’t like your job find another …
Horrible experience! I had an envelope I had reused from a package I received previously and the clerk insisted I had to pay for the envelope, that I had gotten from the closet of my house. I even peeled back the label to show it had been used before, but she said that's just the tracking number. Should have asked to talk to a manager. I hope I never have to go there again.
My mail carrier is always leaving other people’s mail at my house, and it’s not even for my address. I’ve even gone into the post office to let them know but they didn’t seem to care and it still continued. So I’m sure my mail gets dropped off to other peoples houses. Just this Saturday I was expecting a package with a worth of almost $100. The mail man delivered it to my neighbors house. I had to go asking for it because my husband had seen something delivered over there but not to us. Luckily they have it back to us, but opened. I don’t trust ordering stuff online anymore if they can’t deliver it to where it’s supposed to go!! Come on post office, take pride in your work!!!
