Some of the staff here are really nice, but some are quite rude. I was really frustrated when I realized that it was cheaper to mail out packages at the Kensett location - I feel like pricing should be the same everywhere. Additionally, they never put the tracking/postage tag on a package I mailed out and then refused to refund me because they said I "received the service I paid for." Unless you're just buying stamps, I would recommend driving out to the Kensett USPS or another nearby location.
Went to this location for a passport. Even though my process turned into a bit of a hassle a man named Kenneth was so professional and polite throughout. He even tried to lighten the mood with humorous conversation. I saw him patiently take care of another problem while I fixed mine. Kenneth is a gem. Great service
The workers are rude and unhelpful. My husband called about mailing a package and the person was rude and hung up on him. I went up there to deliver a change of address, I waited 5 minutes all because these women wanted to talk and not do there job. DON'T BOTHER WITH THIS POST OFFICE.
The post lady that runs out route is the laziest piece of garbage to date. My packages NEVER show up and always has “driveway blocked” I LIVE IN THE CITY AND MY DRIVEWAY HAS ABOUT 80 parking spots!!!!! My front door area has about 100sqft of area COVERED! No DOGS NO BLOCKAGES. This lazy woman should be fired and then forced to carry all the products she stole.
I have lived at 601 N. Maple Ave. Apt. # 3, Kensett AR 72082 going 8 years, but resently I found out some one has changed my address twice to theirs, as through I live there, and I do not. I am not getting my mail, and I have not moved. I would like for you to find out who is doing this abnd file charges against them.
We have a new USPS delivery driver today who may be having a bad day and I really hope his day turns around for the better. But that doesn't excuse the fact that he threw our package on the ground, thank God it wasn't anything breakable. If you're having a hard day please don't take it out on others property if you don't want them to take it out on yours.
As I sit here writing this review, I'm absolutely devastated by everything that has happened leading up to this.. I've been waiting for over a month for a letter from the IRS to arrive to my mom's po box, this letter would determine whether or not I get to receive the Pell Grant for my college education... We reopened her box specifically so we could receive this letter, due to the fact that the IRS automatically uses whatever address was last used when filing taxes... This post office reopened her box, accepted our payment, told us that they cancelled her forwarding request which we found out later that they never did cancel it We live 4+ hours away so they promised us that they would keep us up to date until the letter arrives so that we don't have to waste a drive down there for nothing... Now 1 month later they have closed the box for no reason, they refuse to accept any of her mail or update us on the arrival of the letter. At this point, it is far too late for me to request a new letter or take any other routes.. I'm now being forced to forgo my Pell Grant cannot receive without that IRS letter and pay for my schooling completely out of pocket. As a full time employee and a full time student this will really take a huge toll on me. This has been 2 months total time spent on FAFSA and this specific letter/po box completely wasted, useless. Time that I will never get back. Not only did they cause me to miss out on an entire years worth of financial aid but they have also caused my mom and I unnecessary stress, wasted our time and efforts, and promised to help us in ways that they never even attempted to follow through on.. She had a box through this location for at least 10 years before moving, we did everything correctly when reopening the box, only to suffer due to pure negligence on their end. I will never trust this location again, and you shouldn't either. They don't care about you or your family, they will screw you over in a split second and they won't think about it twice... Save yourself the stress and go somewhere else...
Closes on non holidays and won't cash Postal money orders over $100 bucks? We don't have the funds? Then stop selling money orders! In a citizens world it's called bouncing checks. Older women at the counter is extremely rude.
So I will never return to this post office for one reason, and I wish I knew her name I would post it here because she is the most unhelpful and rude person I've dealt with. Doesn't want to help fix anything if your having a problem just wants you in and out. Awful.
The "lady clerk" has bad actitud. I asked to stamped «fragile» on my envelopes. She did and then just throw away the package saying back there will be worst. Awful service. She was rude.
