This is the third time my bills been late getting to the destination...and I was responsible for the late fees...now I have another email telling me the payment hasn't arrived and I put it in the mail box on 02/03/23... really unsatisfied and hurt. I can't continue these late fees, this company only except checks.
About 3 months ago shipped a printer from this location. The package never made it to the destination. I talked to the location and the manager was supposed to contact me, this never happened. My mistake was I didn’t wrap the box in brown paper so it was easy to see what the product was. I am assuming it was stolen from there because that is the last place tracking shows up.
They do not answer the phone. I’ve now lost 2 packages because I could not get into contact with them.
Very displeased with the way things are being handled my mail did not arrive it should have been here 3 weeks ago per informed delivery I am so upset as I really needed that piece of mail!
Don't expect to get your Saturday packages... 3 times in a row it was "out for delivery" on Saturday, never to be delivered and they state "driveway or door was not accessible" well, it's accessible Mon-Fri with no problem. But for some reason on Saturday it's not.
In the past evidently we have had the postal person steal our gift cards. We actually caught one postal carrier trying to keep a package belonging to us. We had to stop them and ask for the package. Recently, mail service will cease for several days with no notice. Last time it happened, once they began bringing mail again, they only brought the mail for that day. I had to stop them and ask for the mail for the other days which was right there in their vehicle! I wonder why they would stop at my box and then keep going with our mail in their possession. The bundle of mail they did not deliver had two checks in it. Called the post office, but no answer.

I wish I could give no stars. This place is a joke and everyone that works there. They delivered our packages to the wrong address. Not once, not twice but three times! Someone stole the packages from the business they delivered them too. They took my phone number down and won’t answer the phone from my number. But it’s funny that they answered the phone when I called from a different number. They have one job, deliver mail, and they are too stupid to do that right!
Why is my mail being delivered at 8:30 in the evening!!! And lost most of the time!!! Customer service is not very good here!!!!
Package Delivered from Morrow Ga. And Received at Post office on Monday Morning...Here it is Wednesday Evening and Still No package...But it does Still Say Package is at Ft Valley USPS...I'm only right here in Byron/Centerville...I may as Well drive down there and pick it up Myself if it's not delivered Tomorrow... Thursday ‍‍
