The employees working the counter are helpful and friendly. I wish the self service kiosk did more, like printing prepaid labels, because it's not useful for anything I've needed to do there.
I have been registered at my address for over a year and I have been getting mail and packages this whole time and now suddenly my address is vacant and you sent my stuff back to sender. Plus there is no way to contact you, during your open hours your phone is turned off and your auto machine says your closed when you are open. This is unacceptable. I double checked with my sender that my address is correct but you still refuse to answer your phone or even deliver my stuff. Awful experience.
Didn’t receive a package due to an “undeliverable” address. Called and after talking to a bot for 45 minutes I finally got a person. She was kind and told me they’d redeliver my package and the problem was fixed, and it wouldn’t be returned to the sender. Come to find out on the day I’m supposed to receive said package that they sent it back. Totally incompetent and can’t follow directions, our local USPS is horrible and I’m going to see if my sender can send my package through another carrier.
No idea where the negative reviews are coming from. I’m born and raised in Corvallis, been using this post office my entire life. They got free 15 minute parking outside, plenty of agents, and all the supplies you need. It’s a post office, don’t over complicate it folks. This one has what you need.
The Corvallis post office is terrible! My mail man is terrible and he’s lazy!!! He hardly ever delivers the mail correctly. He arrives very late usually after 5 pm. I’ve caught him sleeping in his mail truck before. When I see I’m expecting certain pieces of mail on a certain day I’m lucky if I get in in a day or two! Postage is outrageous and yet so unreliable. On his days off the mail person arrives by 1 pm. Why can’t he be more dependable??
What could I say that hasn't already been said on here before about this post office? It's no wonder the postal service is nothing but a losing out of date and out of touch organization. This post office is terrible from the top down. Just try to call them for one thing. Either the phone rings forever or you get a recording telling you they are closed....in the middle of the day. It's just sad that we the people have to pay for a service that is third world at best and the Corvallis Post Office from top to bottom is incompetent and doesn't care about anything.
Cant seem to get ahold of them directly, all my packages have arrived damaged in someway, often forced into the lockers. Some old dude on the phone laughing at me while I explain that I recieved someone's cheap amazon package in my locker and my new percription glasses package was given to some random person. Please get it together.
Great service. The staff gave helpful suggestions on choosing between mailing options with patience and care. Fast and efficient service.
Completely useless if you have mail issues you'd probably have better luck just calling the people you have issues with don't bother with the post office.
Horrible service. They never cared what they promised and what you said. The words they said just useless policy reputation. Contacting sender to send again through other way may faster. The one star is overrated.
