Had a lady with Braid help me out, but she was completely rude and not professional. She never shipped my item. I had to go back there three days later to check. Why my item was not tracking and it’s because she never shipped it. Her excuse was that I ran out the door . That’s definitely not true. I say thank you to her and she didn’t even reply or say anything or gave me a tracking number or the receipt. Just horrible service in bad attitude.
This is never a nice experience. Doors that don’t make sense, filthy interior, and super burned out staff. Also, the items I get on informed delivery seem to take a week or more to actually get to my P.O. Box. What’s the deal?
The customer service here was amazing, thanks to the 2 lovely ladies that helped me during passport appointment, they made the process seamless and effortless.
This is possibly the worst post office I have ever been to. They have terrible attitudes and come up with rules about packaging that does not apply to any other post office.
I was told by a rude postmaster that a birth certificate was required to order a passport. Sheis incorrect and should read North Carolina law.
Canceled our passport appointment without even checking if we were present which we were 10 minutes before appointment time because we didn’t stick our head in the door which “everybody knows to do”. Absolutely rude and completely ridiculous.
Very rude woman raising her voice at me when I asked her a question about my mail that showed delivered. Super argumentative - Unacceptable customer service …
Today was the best USPS experience I ever had. I was greeted with a friendly smile and asked what I needed. I was directed to a less expensive mailer and offered a pen. There's a hostess with the most-est at this PO!
I went to the post office today to drop off a package. I walked into the building along with a few other people and we all were confused. There was no sign of anyone working at the post office. Maybe because it was Columbus Day? How hard would it have been to simply post a sign or two at the front door informing people that the post office was closed? One of the people who was simply wanting to send a card was actually worried about the employees. She considered contacting the police! It’s also so no one really cared about the patrons. #disappointed
I have lived in Holly Springs for 15 years and have always loved this post office....today that changed when a worker threatened to open my package to confirm that I was sending a BOOK using the book rate. NEVER in my life has anything I've mailed ever been questioned. It was beyond rude and unacceptable and though this post office is right down the road from me I will never step foot in it again. Not to mention this was a memorial book of all of dead husband's pictures in it...don't use this post office, find another one to use!
