We received FANTASTIC service at this post office today. A package containing a replacement credit card was late and we needed to leave town. The clerk was able to help us request an intercept so that the package could follow us to our next destination and we can continue our vacation! She was friendly and knew exactly how to help us out.
Ordered parts needed to fix rv enroute. Travelling woman age 77. Waited a week. P.o. said nothing there. Checked UPS tracking said it was delivered. P.o. clerk said if it was addressed to General Delivery, UPS would drop it there. Returned two days later to check again. A different clerk told me only SurePost would be delivered there and to go to UPS to look for it. There is no office at UPS... but caught a driver coming in and he took me inside to search for my parts. That was 9/2. He said postmaster would only accept SurePost from UPS... and he could not drop off anything else there addressed to General Delivery. Tried to track again... and got "return to sender". That helps an old lady alone waiting for parts.
Was waiting on a time sensitive package that was never delivered
Very nice postal lady and pretty good service overall
