Very helpful even through the hardest seasons! They are always helpful and pleasant to deal with! They seem to like their job! And I don't mind any increase in postage--. The service they provide is unmeasurable!!
The US Post Office destroyed a Christmas gift that was sent to my children. Most of the contents of the package were missing, and they refused to refund any shipping because "the box arrived, so they did their job and they get paid for that." I argued that $35 worth of items were not shipped, as the package was missing the majority of it's contents. They refused to check the weight on the package, and they refused to help me. Brad was especially unhelpful. Oh, and the package was sent priority 2-day shipping and took 40 days to arrive.
Always extremely patient and helpful.
Generally never busy and pretty quick service.
