I’m only giving a 3 star because of Anastasia. Calling me honey, the disrespectful attitude and not answering any of my questions for a simple matter of getting me a key to my mailbox after paying $25. Called back to check the status and she simply responded with “oh you dealt with Rose…yea we don’t do that anymore”… guessing another employee. I called back later that day and spoke with Amanda. She is amazing in customer service and let me know the matter would be resolved by Friday. This team absolutely needs to be trained in their job and in customer service ESPECIALLY when it comes to their mail. I appreciate Amanda’s demeanor and attitude and resolving the situation. Maybe make her the manager?!?!
Small local post office never seems to have long lines, delivers my mail & is pleasant when I ship something. These people with gripes have obviously never lived in a larger city where mailing a pkg takes an hour.
Somebody needs to talk to the long hair guy working there behind your counter because he has nasty attitude and acts like he is so disgusted being there or dealing with people. If he don't want to be there then leave and give a caring person that position.
These people are great! I'm in there at least three times a week. Always friendly and ready to help. You can't blame the staffers for not having enough people up front at times, it's management. Where else can you send a letter or package anywhere in the states as cheap as they do it. I've lost and had more miss-sent and damaged mail from FEDX & UPS than the USPS.
They don't knock they just leave slips and the management team backs them up. Home all day in ear shot. Was told then I should have a ring camera to prove it.
Rude customer service when asked all we got was "I can but it doesn't matter". And then none stop asking if it was time too close like doing his job was a burden. Will recommend Fleming over Green Cove to anyone. Hope the Postmaster has a talk with how they treat customers.
USPS failed to deliver my express next day/overnight package, but the 5 stars goes to Anastasia for helping me and going above and beyond to inform me on how I can get my money back from express charges and was so kind. If you're going here, Anastasia will treat you well and has excellent customer service. They are lucky to have her and it makes up for USPS 's lousy delivery timing. Thanks again for all of your help, Anastasia!!
I have to give one star, they lost my mail they told me they delivered it to the wrong house, as they are incompetent. This email is very important to me. I would like to go with the police so they can solve my problem.

Rude, incompetent, and extremely impolite while I was seeking help tracking down a package that THEY lost. Still don't have the package, I'd give them zero stars if I could! Followup! They finally found my package and got it to me after about 3 weeks. A few days before I got it, though, I got a lovely phone call from the post office employee that I had talked to previously telling me that her supervisor said she had to apologize for how she talked to me before and that they were looking for my package. Her supervisor said she had to tell her? What a heartfelt apology! Then, a few weeks after I got the package, I get an email letting me know that the search is still going on, and requesting my patience! Then, a few weeks after that, I get a heartfelt, sincere, AUTOMATED email telling me that they couldn't find my package and that I should go ahead and file an insurance claim. Their rudeness, lack of sincerity, and incompetence cannot be overstated! Any real business that ran itself like this would have shut down long ago.
