The Willoughby post office delivered my package to the wrong house but the kicker they lied to me telling me my tracking number had someone else's name and address on it , well today it was delivered and my name and address was correct. They also told me they went to the house and verified the package had their name and address.
A pretty good Post Office apart from the rude woman called Julia that works there. Three stars lost because of her and her rude manner. I suggest they stick her in back where she does have to deal with the public. I always let the person behind go first if it is her calling me up to the counter.
I wish I could give 0 stars, we went to get our passports done, the lady working there had no clue what she was doing, not only did she give us the wrong application, the photos where the wrong detentions, and the lady didnt ask for even half of the documents required, if you have any self-respect you will not go here for passport applications. Our summer plans are ruined all because some lady couldn't be bothered to do her freaking job
The worst post office I have dealt with and only getting worse. Management needs a shake-up. In the past, they have refused to deliver because a package was "too heavy" and available for pick-up. When I went to pick it up, it was still on the truck. When I went to get it a second time, it turned out that it was only around 20 lbs and very easily manageable. When moving, they forced me through a debacle because they decided that they no longer would distribute mailbox keys, so they decided to "return" them to the HOA, but had no clue where they are. It took over a week for the two sides to argue and find the keys. Now that I am at my new address, they have left packages at the wrong home multiple times and claimed packages are delivered when they are not. I just called about a package that was delivered to a parcel box, but they put it in the wrong box, so I have no way to access it. When calling in, I was told there was nothing they could do today, a message could not be left, and that I would have to call back next week. Every visit and call has been met by rude, highly condescending workers that have no interest in assisting or delivering packages. The worst part is that if you want mail at your address, you can't go elsewhere. At least I can visit other offices with nicer workers and better parking to ship packages.
Very friendly and the postal clerk helped me with a very positive attitude. Definitely go back.
They... Closed early? I won't assume for what reason, but I arrived to ship a package at 5:15pm on a Monday only to be met with an empty package room with the lights turned down. I thought maybe their package services end early, but the door clearly states otherwise see photo. The front door was unlocked but no employees in sight. I waited for about 5 minutes thinking maybe they were short staffed and someone needed to use the bathroom, etc. When no one came, I just... Left. I've used this location several times before and the service is often slow. However, this is the first time there's been nobody there at the counters during business hours. Again, I don't have enough information to know why. Maybe someone is hiding in back waiting out the clock. Maybe someone is working solo and trying desperately to finish a bunch of important tasks in back. I don't know! I hope some supports/changes are made to make this run a little more smoothly in the future
started locking the doors from 7p-7a for "safety reasons"?? super inconvenient for customers who are unable to get to the post office during the day and not to mention...very inconvenient to the homeless woman that always sleeps in there when it's cold. safety reasons huh?? sure hope y'all gave her some resources before you kicked her out
Haven’t received mail in 3 days and package being held at office but no way to speak to someone on phone at office to get redelivery. I just get corporate office number when I try to call. Also driver that normally came usually before 12 noon hasn’t been on route for 2 weeks the new driver comes at 4-5 pm and right around time if issues started
Never had any major problems with the USPS Willoughby location.
Such a rude bunch at this office. They don't listen and they run there mouth off yelling like animals when you ask them a question. Incompetent managers !!!! I guess if you work for the govt making big bucks, you can be as rude as you want!!!!! They will get reported!
