They refuse to drive down my driveway to deliver packages. Then the actual post office is only open 8:30 am to 5 pm Monday-Friday for package pick up. Then when you can’t get there in 10 days because you know, a job, they return your package. They offer absolutely no off hour pick up options
Lazy delivery drivers who don't want to do there job and deliver packages, keep on stating that they're unable to deliver and forcing me to pickup in person. Package due to be delivered Friday, now unable to be picked up till Monday. Waste of money when you pay for faster shipping.
They left my houseplants in my hot mailbox instead of at my door, even though the box was labeled “live plants.” Then they didn’t mark it as delivered. Half of my order is dead from heat damage and I have to eat the cost.
The woman that is the postal delivery person on my street is a lazy lying disgrace! The young man who covers other days is awesome! Why would the woman mark my mail as undeliverable to the sender and it becomes "Lost" when I go to pickup???? But then the man gets it to me just fine? She should also know she is on camera Just Driving by and not stopping!!! Where are my packages????
Change of address online tried to get me to change my car insurance policy and register to vote? Flooded me with ads for charter and dish and then in the final verification process tells me we don't accept COA ONLINE.... please come into post office. They also kept my $1 that was said to be required to verify my identity
They don’t even knock on your door before leaving a “sorry we missed you” slip when they’re delivering time sensitive mail. Lazy workers
Biggest joke. Every one of my Amazon packages they have are attempted deliveries after work hours when our business is closed avoiding porch pirates. I’ve called them 3 times to ask them to put my packages on their AM truck that delivers to us, but they refuse to and make me pick up my things after 3 failed attempts at delivery. The first time it happened was my dog’s medicine. Very unimpressed. Awful customer service.
today I was to receive a package. When I checked the tracking number it showed that the USPS delivery person could not deliver my package because "front door/driveway was not accessible". THIS IS A TOTAL LIE!!! My driveway has a gate but is never closed unless we are out of town which we were not and I was in the house so no reason they could not bring it to the house and place on the front porch like they always do. Tracking showed delivery was attempted at 5:30 pm and it was not yet dark. This has happened before and its always when delivery is on a Saturday. During the week days this never happens. There is absolutely NO reason the post office could not deliver my packages. I have a large mailbox and the package would have fit in the box which is right next to the driveway entrance if they did not want to bring to the door. This delivery person was just lazy and in a hurry so it is easier to lie and say not accessible. I have tried calling to complain but have never been able to get through to the Roseburg post office.
A package small enough to get in the box but too big to come out. How is this acceptable?
Note left inside my box was marked "No secure location available" that box that the note was left in is key locked and behind a key locked gate...
