this truly deserves less than a star but i wanted to leave a review anyway. terrible service. the employee that was supposed to help me renew my passport chose to take the day off again and i was given no heads up. therefore i drove an hour all the way to Norcross to get to my appointment for my passport and i was rudely shut down buy a women at the front desk where she handed me a raggedy peice of paper with a random address on it to go to to stand in line to get my passport renewed by another place. wish me luck
i typically dont leave reviews unless they’re positive but the customer service at this place needs so much work. The negative reviews you see are all 100% accurate. Their attitudes and disregard makes picking up packages a terrible experience Specifically the blonde lady who works up front her attitude is very nasty and disrespectful. Also, my packages are always held in the back even when they're small enough to fit in the box up front. This makes it difficult to get my packages on time and very inconvenient. I’m hoping the reviews are an eye opener to treat guests with more respect or maybe they just need new people all together with good customer service skills.
Been trying to get our address validated in Norcross for 4 weeks now. We have visited this location for the last 4 weeks and they said they would do it and call us back. Every week the same thing. No call back and our new address has not been validated. How can one post office have the most incompetent people in one place and nobody is held accountable to do a better job. Maybe the supervisor just doesn't care either. Going back in again tomorrow. This location needs new employees and management from the top down.
Normally I do not care to leave a review but the lady with black glasses, baggy us postal service navy blue shirt, and black bonnet on her head missing teeth on the side was rude and unprofessional. I had a simple question about the passport process and all she kept yelling was “APPOINTMENT …YOU NEED AN APPOINTMENT…APPOINTMENT” I get that she probably says this multiple times a day to people but she really needs to work on her customer service and delivery. She is terrible! Couldn’t even ask her a question about the paper she threw at me…
My family and I made appointments to have our passports renewed at the Norcross location. We arrived 10 minutes before our appointments. We waited in line only to be informed the man who handles passports had left and they are short staffed. Our appointment times were from 2:30 to 3:15 for a family of three. I spoke to the African American male clerk who was processing a passport application for a customer. He informed the customer he almost missed him as it was time for him to leave. I informed him we have a 2:30 appointment and he simply said it was time for him to go and he left! We continued to wait in line and when it was our turn the mail lady white American with blonde hair told me the guy left and they are short staff and couldn’t help. I informed her we took time off work and school, we MADE our appointment months ago and all she said was I can’t help you. She was annoyed that I was upset. She handed me a sheet of paper and said I can either go to downtown or see if the Peachtree Corners library will take us as walk-ins. They are very unprofessional.
I was skeptical making a Passport appointment for this location but I did since I live half a mile down the road. The person that does PP took a day off, that's fine things happen all I got here's a flyer for another location that doesn't require appointments which means waiting in line with everyone that'll probably show up the same time and hopefully there's more than 1 employee. This is for a kid so both parents have to show up, which means adjusting work schedules or school schedule but that's ok it's only work. I don know whether to get mad, just laugh why everyone dreads the PO and how much money they loose each year and the attitude like there's nothing you can do about it.
Employee Sondra was extremely rude and impatient. Absolutely zero customer service skill. Please train your staffs better or hire people who have a pleasant and friendly personality.
Extremely rude and unhelpful staff. The lady at the desk had an awful attitude and kept raising her voice at me. The man helping her didn't bother answering my questions and instead walked off when I tried talking to him. Just an overall unpleasant experience. Do better, guys.
I moved in April and went to the local post office to change and hold my mail as I didn't have the mailbox key. I completed and paid for a key. I have gone back numerous times since then to check my mail every time I go they don't have the key and are rude as hell. My daughter went today and now they say they aren't even holding my mail anymore and still have not received a key. This is terrible. I have tried calling to speak to someone and got this recording. This is horrible, my daughter's tax refund check is out there somewhere. I only gave one star because I had to click on something to post this
the caucasian lady… blonde hair….. needs to get fired…… every time she’s there she can’t find my package. but every other time that she isn’t there, they find my package?!? my address is correct and my package gets sent back every time to the sender due to incorrect, but IT IS MY ADDRESS?! she gets frustrated and asks “why would it be here” ? are you not the post office ?????????? anyways. she works almost everyday…. everyone else is cool beans but she has the worst attitude, doesn't even check the back she is for SURE lazy. she's insanely rude
