I asked to have my mail held while I was out of town. I returned, and the post office claimed they never got the request. I was told the mail carrier assumed I had moved, and ordered all of my mail be returned to sender. When I asked how I could get my mail, they suggested I contact everyone who sent me mail, and ask them to resend it. I've never seen an office like this in my life.
Worst service & laziest employees ever!! Was a few minutes late for my passport appointment and they could not help us! Even after I stated we traveled all the way from Midland! “We already closed passports” she said with an attitude!! Really?!? The appointment scheduler states it only takes 15 minutes for this type of appointment! But the employee was too lazy to help us out!! WOW!! Hooray to the lazy employees you hire USPS!!!
A month ago I moved into a new apartment and immediately filled a change of address form. For a week I was receiving mail at my new mailbox and then for three weeks it stopped. The mail carrier placed a vacant form in my mailbox after I changed my address. I have lost three weeks of important mail because they have been sending it back to the original sender. They said there’s nothing they can do and don’t know how this happened. It’s frustrating and unprofessional. They told me to fill out another form which I refused because I already filled one out a month ago. How does this even happen???
Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Ordered a package from Austin, Texas, got an email saying it was delivered on a Sunday. When I called to inform them it was not, I got conflicting stories from two different ladies. One said it was delivered on the porch, the other said it was put in the mailbox. After I checked both places neither had the package present. So I went in to ask about it in person only to have John the Post master tell me there is nothing they will do about it because the package was not insured. I will never use this post office again, I would rather pay UPS or FedEx since they seem to have a better system to make sure you receive what you order. Post Master was rude as hell to add to the frustration.
I can't stand that they constantly and deliberately lie to us. Many a time I have Ben expecting a package from Amazon on a particular day when I am told to expect this certain package , of course the day goes by you keep checking for your package, check cameras, front porch, mail box.. The package doesn't come, but when you check Amazon to inquire about said package you are told that it was left on or near your front porch. Then you wait for the next day nothing. You have to trace package back to the post office where they lie to you again, so now you have to wait until they try to remember where they dropped it or if they even delivered it. This last was to come on Sunday. I have seen the the postal truck out on Sunday, but I didn't see it this past Sunday. My package was small less than $20, so I guess it wasn't important that I get it right away, fine, but don't lie about it. This isn't the first time. Other time my packages are open and used.
This Post Office has to be the worst in the United States and they do Lie all the time. They never attempt a deliver but say they do all the time. I never get my Amazon stuff on time, never. I read the other reviews and looks like they do it to everyone. Wow, I would be ashamed of myself for such A terrible Post Office. They obviously are OK with their bad service.
Went to get my passport paperwork done at this location. Was taken in on time and Ann helped me fill everything out on application and helped me get the correct forms. She was awesome. 15 min tops and done.
Your package would have a better chance of finding its destination via homing pigeon than using these people. I spoke to the postmaster whose name is John, he was very rude. When I told him his post office had nothing but bad reviews he could care less, he is the typical poster child of a government employee. They placed a sticker over my address and we're too lazy to look up the tracking number and have it sent to my house instead they sent it back.
If I could give zero stars, I would This post office is the worse I have dealt with in my entire 55 yrs of postal service!! Since moving here 7 yrs ago, it is a nightmare to get your mail. So many times mine is delivered elsewhere or I get other peoples' mail Today, I have called, so far, a total of 15 times. After listening to the automated answering telling me to hold for the next agent, it rings & rings then goes to busy signal. Why don't they answer their phone? It's now over an hour, I have tried to reach them. This is sooooo wrong!! I think the post master needs replacing along with some carriers.
This is not the first time I have complained about a USPS facility. The very first was a facility back at 501 Viking Dr, Virginia Beach, VA 23452. So lets get on with this 2nd complaint now. So on Sept. 18th of this year, I had a order confirmed from a company called GFUEL. The estimated arrival was originally going to be Sept. 20th but due to the weather residue caused by Tropical Storm Imelda, it was delayed to Sept. 23rd Which I was fine with since I was going to be home all day the 23rd. So when I checked the order details on GFUELs website, I saw that they were going to be using USPS as the Mailing Service for my order. Not going to lie, the moment I saw that I already knew problems were going to arise. Because like I said, This is not the first time I have complained about a USPS facility due to their lack of skill to actually deliver correctly. So here is were the problems begin. On Sept. 23rd I received a Update from USPS saying my address was Insufficient. I went to check the Address on the order to see that It was indeed wrong. So I called USPS through their Automated Voice System, fixed the address problem & scheduled a redelivery for Sept. 24th. Because I assumed like most other services, they would just hold the order at the Post Office. Little did I know, I was going to be very wrong. Sept. 24th came around, the whole day no one came with my order. So I sat there thinking "Okay, I did schedule a redelivery for the day after the first problem arised From me So hopefully tomorrow they will deliver it here. Now this is where the Major problem arises. Sept. 25th Today came, I received an update from both GFUEL and USPS that my order was delivered. So I was like "Aye finally got my package". I went outside to check, I did not see my order. At first, I thought someone could have possibly stolen the package. So I went to check my Home Security Cameras to see if anyone took to package, just to find out that no one came at all. So, seeing that USPS was the Service used to deliver the package, I went to check the package tracking history. I came to find out, without my permission, USPS sent the package all the way back to GFUELS facility in West Babylon, NY. When I saw this, I was confused as hell because I never requested to have the order be sent back to the sender. So I scrolled through the Tracking History to see where it said that I "requested return to sender". Turns out, USPS tried to sneak this into the Tracking History. September 23, 2019, 1:51 pm Return to Sender Processed I have already contacted GFUEL to see if they can find my order in their Facility in NY & if they do so, NOT to use USPS. Because this incident has shown that they are still incompetent in delivering orders correctly. Update: Just got an email from GFUEL saying "Due to our Policy we cannot reship orders". So looks like I'll just have to make another order & if they allow Notes, tell them not to use USPS.
