Lady that answers the phone here is about as hateful as you can get. Must really love her job. Hope I don't have to call here again and can just deal with my mail carriers. Hope no one else has to call here for any reason. Wish I could remember her name because I sure would have posted it
I am trying to notify my mail carrier that she has given my mail to my neighbor 3 times this month..... I had been waiting on a letter for two weeks my neighbor gave it to me, but the other part of my letter has as of yet not shown up. I stood side the road and tried to stop the mail carrier as she came back down the rd but she wouldnt stop . I dont blame her for that I just wanted to tell her not to give my mail or leave my mail at my neighbors house, She is new to this route so i can understand. I would really like to tell her to read the addresses a little better.
They are absolutely horrible they cannot even read clear Brand new mailboxes with oversize litter’s and put the mail in the right mailbox. The driver put a company check exceeding $10,000 in the wrong mailbox they need to learn to slow down and read the mail that they’re putting in the box and make sure the numbers match but I Guess It doesn’t matter anymore where you put the mail as long as it’s out of your vehicle
I REMEMBER BACK IN THE DAY, MY GRANDMA MRS. HATTIE MAE KENDRICK WAS THE FIRST BLACK WOMAN IN CORDELE, GA TO WORK THERE. I USE TO LOVE TO GO WITH HER TO WORK. THAT WAS ONE OF MY DREAM JOBS..
Every time these people get my package it gets lost and they hold on to it for ever and if you go by the office they gonna tell you to check with the driver .. this is not the first time this happen to the point I believe some of the driver willing to try to steal your stuff
Do not sign up for USPS app,the address you give them to deliver to does not matter, they will deliver to a address to scam you out of your package, they are organized crime, stealing from you, the driver delivers to a fake address and and keeps your package
Eunice is the absolute worst! She is very rude and unhelpful to people who have disabilities. Please make her retire!
They refuse to answer the phone this makes me so angry where are the real agents at ??????
