I’ve never been to the actual post office but I’m pretty sure my mail person is stealing my Amazon packages. I have more that say they were delivered to my mailbox that never actually show up, then I have actually show up. This is a pretty consistent thing. If they aren’t stealing them, then they are completely incompetent at their job. My house number is clearly printed on my mailbox, I mean in 3” numbers, right on the front, you can’t miss it. I had a package that said it was delivered yesterday and it’s still not here. Now it’s back to trying to get Amazon to replace it. Please get it together because eventually Amazon will stop replacing and returning my items and I know y’all are making more money than I do. I can’t afford to be paying for packages for my mail person and neighbors.
Their drivers are where they lack. Haven't gotten a package around the correct given time in months. You'll never be able to time a package's arrival as it's constantly random. Whether by hours or days. Edit- It's gotten worse since I've made this comment. They NEED to fire they're drivers.
Rude employee Denise yells at customers who come in before closing time. The hours clearly say closing 12p, she wants to close door at 11:50. If your going to allow your employees to close doors whenever, what’s the point in having posted hours?!? USPS do better by your customers.
Idiots close at noon on Saturday. How in the world can you be open for a measly 3 hours for the entire weekend? Government's a joke
I come in multiple times a week with lots of packages. I've dealt with George numerous times and it was always a pleasure. I have recently been dealing with Kevin and receive the same great customer service! There is never going to be a 100% great workforce, but there are those that look at the bigger picture.
The staff is friendly and helpful and I even upgraded my PO Box to a size with keys. I’m gonna keep and stick with my upgraded PO Box forever I just have to renew every 6 month period.
I really wish whomever delivers USPS packages to me could take some time to get things right. Please READ. I'm in Apt. C, for Cindy. I've been here over two years. Dang!
Whoever the idiot is that they have running the route on Sundays is getting paid to do nothing and needs to be called out on it. Every time I request Sunday delivery they have someone other than my normal person running the route and she never stops. She will drive right my house and state that something was blocking the front door. SHE NEEDS TO BE FIRED!!!!!
Lost a receipt for an item that was not delivered and the lazy guy at the usps said it was to much work to look it up so that I could get the tracking number. It was so hard unless I was the post master general then of course they could do it. Thanks lazy guy at the usps.
Left a delivery of 2 boxes on my porch in the rain with no protection from it. Need to train the delivery people better. Good thing I got home when I did.
