Chinese lady!! Every time I go, the attitude is like a beggar, so I shout. Crazy I'm going to send it in that parcel, but what can't you do? I have a low level mindset to you, please don't work there! !I have to ask properly how many days to ship. Whether you want to play 7 days, 5 days or 1st base, you should ask properly. why do you do what you want?!!! Aunt who can't even speak English English pronunciation I don't know what she said. The last Chinese lady! I paid for the most expensive courier. There is definitely a cheap one below to make it cheap for 7 days, but I tried to send a 1-day courier. messy service. I'm in a bad mood
Steven took care of me! He has such a fantastic attitude and is very kind. I hope the next time I need to ship something out he will be working that day.
Hours are wrong for this location on the USPS website. Don’t list your self service kiosk as 24/7 if you lock the lobby. Thanks for wasting my gas and time.
There are a LOT of reasons to support your local post office. It usually starts with the staff. At this location Deanna was an Angel! She literally helped me turn confusion into solution in a matter of minutes! It pays to be Positive!
Terrible service. The postman who pretends to work around where I live never leave me the orange document to let me know they tried to give me my packages. I am always contacted by the sender to let me know my package is in the post office. I never had this issue when I live in another state. This time my experience was the worst. The person in charge for the pick up package was not kind at all. She looks very impatient even though I gave her all my information. She let me feel it was my mistake if I didn’t give the right track numbers given by the sender. She repeated twice I was wrong. I was very disappointed because I normally should not go to the post office if the postman was doing his job correctly. I don’t know why people are so lazy and unqualified for doing so simple jobs. Not the first time it happened to me.
This morning I had two very different mail service experiences. My first was at the UPS store. There was no line, a very pleasant person to help me mail a package, and the clerk was able and willing to seal and label my package. My second experience was at this post office where I experienced a long line and then was informed that they do not provide tape to seal packages or to put labels on. After using tape that would have to be paid for and returning to the counter, the clerk told me that, next time, I would have to go through the entire line again! Thank goodness there are other options available for mailing packages!
Post office is easy enough to find and has plenty for parking. Staff is usually friendly and although the line can be long, they work fast. Recently stopped by to drop off a prepaid package. The cashier refused to scan acceptance and give me receipt while I was there. I understand, if someone comes in with 20+packages and there's a line, it might be hinderance, but there was no line and I had only one package. Not particularly happy as items could easily be stolen this way. For those of you who make a living shipping packages out, might want to watch out for the older Asian lady with black glasses.
Fast and efficient plus they are open on Saturdays.
Lost stole my package. Waited at my box when the mail man came and left with out dropping anything off. Asked why the the tracking shows delivered when it wasn't. Went to local office asked the manager, was suppose to get back to me. Started an investigation and a month with no follow up. Was told that the postman was no longer working. The wait took over a month with no word and was suppose to get me my money back with the insurance and was never done. The manager that cover USPS Chino Hills should be investigated himself and should be replaced with someone that is more able. I'm writing this now because I am dealing with the 3rd package that happened to vanish on me now. I have all my mail forwarded to a business that has doors opened Everyday till 6:30pm. You can't just simply update status on tracking with business closed at 4:03pm when I am sitting at the office waiting for my package the whole f'n day. I have no way to give this location Zero stars so I am forced to leave One.
I can see why this office has such poor reviews. After just leaving, I must say that I'm taken aback. I needed to ship out a box but needed one strip of tape and the cashier, very rudely, told me she couldn't provide it. She pointed out the tape for sale and refused to provide any even after I waited thirty minutes in line. I've just moved into Chino Hills and must say that I didn't expect this type of treatment. Post offices from my previous cities were always very helpful especially during the holidays. Had she simply told me she was sorry and couldn't provide it in a kind way, instead of condescending, I would not be leaving this review. It's not in my nature to do so however this type of behavior from an employee, during the holidays no less, is completely uncalled for.
