I went to do my passport photo and application. The staff was exceptional and could do our applications even without an appointment. While appointments are required, they were able to find available time to accommodate us. It was easy throughout the process, and the person who helped us was friendly and ensured we understood what was going on at each step. I definitely will recommend it to others!
the postal workers here are super helpful and kind, my man even made sure i was getting the cheapest tape i could just to save me a few bucks haha. real nice people :
Really frustrating behavior... I'm guessing when they are busy they mark packages with fake status to make their metrics look good. The most frequent I've experienced are weather issues or saying they didn't have access to deliver. The most frustrating is when they say the package is "held at post office by customer" request. I really wish they would cut this out!!
Today on August 5, 2019 I was sitting outside with the family and made sure the flag was up because I have outgoing mail to get picked up. Not only did I see the mail carrier speed past the mailbox with the flag still up the carrier still hasn't came back to pick up the mail. I liked our last carrier we had this new one doesn't pay attention. If my bills are late due to the carrier not stopping to pick it up it's still out of my pocket for their fault of not stopping at the box with a flag up
I had a bit of a package emergency today. I was going out of town, and the parcel containing some vital items for my trip wasn't due to be delivered until tomorrow. It had arrived to the office in the afternoon, well after the carriers had left for their routes. I made a frantic call to the office and spoke with Leonard. This absolute jewel of a man managed to dig my package out and thereby completely saved my vacation! I hope he reads this, because I can't thank him enough!
1. I absolutely LOVE Mr James, who should be what everyone experiences when visiting the post office. He is professional, friendly, efficient, and very helpful! 2. Their package management is horrible. Three packages in 18 months just disappeared once they arrived at the BH post office. Now despite having paid for Priority shipping, we are waiting for two packages that have been reportedly dropped off at BH. They don’t know where they are and keep claiming Covid has slowed down deliveries, but can’t identify whether they even have it. Shameful, and they should refund the priority shipping. Next time I’ll ask the seller to ship UPS or FedEx and skip the USPS
My Package Has Been At The Post Office Since 6 in the morning still haven't received it
I have not received my shipment with my brand new phone. It was sent to wrong address and given to the wrong person. USPS did not make sure they had given it to the right person. Now someone has my phone and can not be found. I'm so mad and disappointed at usps. I can't reach anyone over the phone to report my items are missing. Tracking number says shipped but I haven't received anything from any mail person
First time I visited, I had a missed package slip that I needed to turn in to receive a package. The man assisting me was very kind and helpful. I was in and out of the office in 5 minutes! When my fiance visited, he had another missed package slip that I needed to turn in. This time, the woman working at the post office let a woman who was only a few steps ahead of my fiance into the post office around closing time 5pm that day and literally LOCKED THE DOOR while my fiance was standing right outside of it while looking at him too, not like she was blind or unaware of his presence. Seriously? The woman who was ahead of my fiance had a package to mail; all he had was a missed package slip.... Lady working at the post office, please let me know what you did with the extra 3 mins you saved today by not serving my fiance. I will definitely be submitting a negative survey for this branch just because of this nightmarish woman.
I love them the women workers are always pleasant they always say when they are a little behind and give plenty of apologies for the wait but it is not all the time that they are busy just when they are they always make you feel comfortable with your wait. They never have attitudes and always willing to help I really appreciate their service if someone goes there show them my Comment they deserve a raise they are very patient women
